Late Ariival[/u](dammit..again)
"Curse My luck."
The words flowed from the bearded officer with the most anger he has ever shown. He was late to the battle again. How was he to assist his brother and repay his debt with so many late arrivals. He had watched the arrows fly and thankfully few of his horsemen were struck down. Now came the difficult part. He had tried to spot Zhang's boat and had spotted it at the center of the shore.
"Alright men! You see where Brother Fei's boat is! Thats where we land."
Guan's boat landed on the shore right next to Zhang's and as soon as it was possible Guan took his horse and left the boat. His remaining horsebowmen following him and charging straight to assist Zhang Fei's unit. Once to him he didn't notice the woman assisting his brother he just knew that it was time to cover his brother's plight.
"You see your enemies! Fire! You either shoot them down or your arrows stop theirs."
Guan's horsebow units charged ahead of Guan, covering Zhang, and let out a volley of arrows towards the enemy volley. Guan looked over the field and decided that he should try and round himself about. He looked to Zhang out of the corner of his eye to make sure that he was alright, though his main focus was on the barricades and the arrows coming from them.
"Brother. I'm going to charge the west banks. Will you be fine here?"
Guan Yu arrives and instantly fortifies Zhang's troops with his own and fires off his own volley of arrows towards his enemy.

In-Battle Post As the four other allied officers finally stepped up to the plate, The Beautiful Devil finally moved out of her attack/defend position, sliding one foot further ahead of the other, her body turned to make herself a smaller target. Demon's Claw was tucked blades down under her arm. An odd move, considering that only left her armor up to weather an attack by the general. Of course, Xifeng was no fool … She must of known what she was doing, right?
“Don’t expect a ‘thank you’.” She said in a rather neutral tone to the other allies, keeping her focus on Lu Bu. But at the same time, she could feel the going-on’s around her. She was charged with adrenaline, coiled and ready to strike. And to prove it, it was indeed this woman who had appeared out of nowhere to reinforce the those who fought for justice who made the first charge at Lu Bu. Her spear was brought around with the same effortless movements as before to strike at her enemy, the slash from a shoulder-hip angle like the one he had used to test her before.
Apparently, she wasn’t the type to just, ‘leave it to the men,’ even after Qu Yi had finally retreated from the duel. In fact, the only reason she might leave the battle would be if some disaster befell her men …

Lu Zhi quickly gathered up forces to defend the beach and the commander. Quickly he called together his own 60 remaining veteran troops, 30 Horse with shields and swords, 15 Twin maces and 15 Halberdiers. However seeing this would not be enough he took command of some of He Jins troops to help boost the defence. He managed to gain command of 200 Veteran Shield and sword with another 100 Militia halberdiers.
After quickly gathering them together he formed up ranks on the beach itself the Militia Halberdiers were in the front followed by the 30 Veterans consisting of Halberdiers and Twin maces. Behind them were the 200 Veteran Shield and Sword and then finally the remaining 30 Veteran Horse with shields and swords. He was ready to fight.
When the rain of arrows came all the shield and swords men on horse back and foot raised their sheilds to protect themselves automatically. Lu Zhi however was more focused on where the arrows had came from and took great notice of the approaching Niu Fu. Finally he could kill Niu Fu and he prepared his troops for the upcoming conflict with him while Niu Fu marched closer to him. Lu Zhi let out a great bellow
"Niu Fu prepare to perish! In the name of the Han!"
( note the troops from He Jin was done so with permission straight from that dark guy. )

Gongsun Zan had charged at the enemy giving quite a surprise attack, however his strength was fine. The Great Teacher moved his entire force off the boat and waited for their master to gaze at the battle. It was surprising that his new ally was having a hard to against the enemy; but who were they fighting? Niu Fu! It was the time for that man to breath no more, turning to Liao Xiuxu the Sage smiled. "I trust you with part of the Heavenly Hand to help our friend Gongsun Zan.. I shall aid Lu Zhi. Gong Ce, go with out knew Lady and make sure she's protected." Ce bowed graciously, knowing his matser was trying to help both his allies Zan and Zhi. "Lord Gongsun has made an opening, charge and take the gap before they try to over power him." Moving forward to look at Lu Zhi he shook his head, the reckless man he was charging still with a small amount of troops; but impressed with his bravery Jiao knew he could not allow him to perish.
"Children of the Heavens, we must cut two paths; one with our gracious Lady and Gong Ce.. The other, with me to aid Lu Zhi. Fight with the strength of the skies and bring down the foundations of Dong Zhuo!" With an uproar Zhang Jiao placed a light kiss onto Liao Xiuxu's forehead for luck and then embraced Gong Ce; with kind courtesies out of the way, it was time. Quickly Zhang Jiao had mounted one of the men's horses and pointed his staff towards both Lu Zhi and the enemy. "Children, let us move with the wind and place the Heavenly Hand upon the enemy!" With a quick tap of the staff onto the horse it bolted off towards Lu Zhi's position, it luckily cutting through a path past another allied officer who was still yet to unboard. "Lu Zhi, do not allow such enemy to be the end of you.. For it is not your time!" Smiling Zhang Jiao's troops reinforced Lu Zhi and with a charge picked them up to hit hard against Niu Fu's troops; this time he would not escape!
Meanwhile, Gong Ce looked at Liao Xiuxu and smiled at the young girl; luckily her cloths were now dry, so they would not hold her down. "My Lady, we must do as the master wishes; I shall protect you as much as we can, we must help our friend Lord Gongsun." Looking to the rest of Jiao's troops Gong Ce wondered if they would listen to him, but knowing he was the closest person to the great teacher; they would have to. "Men! Do not allow the name of the Heavenly Hand to be tarnished, we shall crush the enemy!" Thrusting his sword into the air and to move with the momentum created, Gong Ce charged directly at the gap made by Gongsun Zan; just as ordered. It was a great sight, Zhang Jiao helping two allied generals on two sides; surely this would gain him the regocnition he truely deserved.
- Zhang Jiao has moved with parth of his troops to reinforce Lu Zhi! - Gong Ce, with Liao Xiuxu, has moved with parth of Jiao's troops to help Gongsun Zan and fill the gap he made for them!
Zhang Jiao's troops: 100 Veterans Swords & Shields 200 Militia Archers 300 Militia Twin Swords 300 Militia Hammers
Gong Ce & Liao Xiuxu's troops: 250 Militia Halberds 250 Militia Lancers 120 Militia Hammers 175 Militial Twin Swords

As Sun and Zhang continue north they see the approaching men coming now from their east. Sun lines up the men in this manner
x=archer D= Sword and Shieldman L= Mounted Lancer p= Spearmen tt= Twin Swordsmen
x x x x D
x x x x D x x x x D x x x x D x x x x D
25 lines of that and behind them
125 twinswordsmen are right behind them, and the 25 spearmen are with that unit like this
25 guys in each unit
tt tt tt p tt tt
The other 275 wait in reserve near the back of this line. The archer line moves up close enough to get in range of the mace men and prepare to fire, the twin swordsmen and the spearmen stand close enough to assist in melee combat if the mace men charge.
Sun turns to Ce,
"Take the mounted Lancers further North, see if you can draw some of their attention that way, stay out of arrow range, good luck."
Ce nods as he rallies the Lancers Northwards.
Sun looks back to the enemy lines, these poor men must now suffer for something their leader has done, is it fair? If given a chance to lay down their weapons, would they? Someone must try.
"Please, you don't have to fight, we will let you flee this battle, you are outnumbered for this skirmish and their is no reason to throw your lives away. If you believe Dong Zhuo is worthy of your souls then I will not blame you for fighting, but you do deserve to die if that be the case. But leave now, north to wherever your homes are, I know you are not murderers and raiders, drop your weapons and disperse and go home and you will be spared. Fear not repercussions for the Zhuo clan is soon to be annihilated from the ally surge. If you think fear is a reason to fight then you are all mistaken, and if you disperse I will defend your escape myself. Choose now or prepare to be destroyed!"
Sun watches the enemy men hoping that they have reason, and they are not some band of vagabonds, but what Sun assumes they are, farmers, tradesmen, servants in the palace, not warriors. Hopefully these men will take their things north and go home.
-Sun Liao is ready to engage the Mace and shieldmen and the archers, but gives them a chance to flee. -Zhang Ce has ridden North with the 25 Lancers.

Now having taken to soruce of death by 50,000 pound crushing Xiahou Dun's unit takes the catapult, originally having an idea to rotate it and fire upon the enemy but decided aginst it. Turning to the assitance he recived from another ally he said
"You guys take control of the catapult or give it to the unit showing up now, ether that or destroy it so dong zhou's men can't take it back. I've no wish to stand around here all battle."
Leaving the catapult to Ji-Huang Liang's unit or Zhu Jun who ever wants it as Xiahou Dun's unit mobilized yet again, even being only 25 man strong he still had to try and make an impact. They stormed off to charge at the archer units like the crazy one eyed general he was.
In an attempt to fullfill the death wish that Lu Bu could not Xiahou Dun left the catapult to Zhu Jun or Ji-Huang Liang to storm the enemy archers!

Quickly rallying the troops as they came out of the ship, Meng himself made sure everything was in order. To his right flank was Lu Zhi. A great man and at that. The archers under Meng's comman focused on firing toward the enemy archers just to try and slow down the enemy projectiles at least a little. The archers fired high and in a regular coulumn formation mixed with the Veteran and Ruffian archers, the distance was for Meng's archers was great they still had a solid chance of hitting the archers.
Meng got the rest of his men in formation aswell, the Veteran Swordsmen and Ruffian Swordsmen had their own ranks seperate columns and then the Ruffian and Veteran Spearmen had their own aswell, as they formed, Meng was. At the back of the army. Seeing enenmy macemen charge at his men, so spearmen goes to meet them$ seeing as how Lu Zhi's troops where already engaging them, Meng just oredered the spearmen to attack while the swprdsmen come from the back circiling around the spearmen to attack the Macemens left flank. Meng also joined in the action, seeing if he can catch Niu Fu alone through the skirmish.

As the archer was dispatched,Fei spurred his horse towards Niu Fu's Position. His remaining troops charged after him.
And with a great roar,Zhang Fei charged into Niu Fu's Unit and began his onslaught.

************************************ "Very well" Guo Si said to Liu Pi. The new warrior had offered his assistance in slaying enemy officers, but he needed some men to do it. For that, Si called off 50 Militia Twin Axes to aid him before moving. As time went on, it seemed the rebel grip upon the beach was slowly releasing. On both of their flanks, allies were attacking the missile groups which meant they had broken halfway to the center of the frontline. If that was not bad enough, Xing Cai and her powerful father, Zhang Fei, were moving Guo Si's men backwards in the center. A messenger arrived to the general, as he was making his way east, the allied west, toward Sun Liao. The archers with him were ordered to set their weapons to attack while Si listened to what the soldier had to say. "Sir, it seems the enemy has broken through our left flank and are now engaging the archers there!" he said, looking quite rattled by the event. That was bad news as Si himself was moving in the opposite direction and the only one over there that could turn the tide was Lu Bu. Although the warrior unmatched in single combat, or even 5 on 1, he could not take on the entire allied army. Still, with the elite soldiers at his disposal there would be a massacre before he would ever be driven back from the field. As Sun Liao went about his speech, many Zhuo soldiers looked at each other and their hearts sank. 10 men ran away, wanting to live another day thanks to Liao. However, the allied general had sealed their fate as once spotted retreating from the beach they would be hunted down and killed by the Fat Man's main force. If Sun Liao took a moment to reflect upon his smart and cosiderate move, it would be too long! Arrows came raining down upon his soldiers from Guo Si and the 50 archers he had brought to support the eastern flank. "Fool! Back down or you will be drawn and quartered when my master arrives!" Si yelled, hoping to use Zhuo as the tool to force Liao back. It would probably not work, so his soldiers readied to fight. The Veteran Mace and Shield raised their defensive protection, to ward arrows, and took a stance as if ready to charge. "Now, make them pay for their foolish bravery!"The 100 Militia Archers who were already present opened up a volley and the arrows fell into the ranks of Sun Liao as did the 50 prior to that attack. Si urged his maces forward to attack the enemy's front and hopefully they could hold them off long enough for Niu Fu to dispatch Lu Zhi or Zhang Jiao. Should the Lu Bu-esque warrior make short work of the said two officers, he could swoop around to flank Sun Liao. In the center, spear soldiers left over from Zhang Fei's onslaught as well as Wei Yan's fought desperately to hold back the advancing allies. Xing Cai was dispatching rebel soldies with ease and that itself had to be concerning. That is, not to say the woman could not hold her own. However, twas a male dominated world so things looked bad for the Zhuo army currently. ************************************** "Ah ha! There you are old man!" Niu Fu yelled from atop his steed. He pointed his weapon toward Lu Zhi and smiled as his men roared out in defiance. Their target was beyond Zhi, who for the record made Fu look like a fool after a successful ambush earlier, so they needed to get revenge and plow through them. Unfortunately, the only revenge to be had was for the humiliated Niu Fu as none of his current soldiers were on the other side of the river at all. "Liu Pi, this should prove interesting, eh?"Niu Fu looked back, to see his new pal arriving with 50 soldier and his smile stretched even wider across his face. It seemed Lu Zhi had a fight on his hand as 300 Milita Mace and Shield were facing him, ready to kill. Just as Fu was about to order a charge, from his right, the allied left, came Zhang Jiao to Lu Zhi's aid! "Man, i hate that guy!" he yelled, ordering off 100 maces to immediately charge at Jiao. "Get...get him!"Fu started to panic slightly as if anyone hammered him hardcore and ruined his chances at glory it was that dastardly Zhang Jiao! Oh, he wanted to kill him real bad! "Chhhhhhhaaaaaarrrrrrrgggggeeeee!" Fu yelled out, but he looked around and no one was there. His soldier had already moved forward, not even considering an order as he never really had many. They just kinda fought and if they won.... bonus! Niu Fu waves his sword from side to side and if one had zero skill with a blade they would think him to know what he was doing. However, looking more closely they would see him cutting the air in frantic motions; not even solid attacks. Truly, Niu Fu was the new Deng Mao! "NIU FU!!!!" he yelled as his horse neighed, pooped, and then raced forward! The general rode hard, straight for Lu Zhi's lines and he would rape them bad, but there seemed to be two more officers that wanted him dead. Now he was truly outmatched and his horse was pulled to a dusty halt. He looked toward Yide and his eyes opened wide before laughing out loud. "Good luck with that, my friend!" he yelled to Zhang Fei, before turning his horse to face the other 3 officers; Lu Meng, Lu Zhi, and Zhang Jiao. From behind Zhang Fei, a massive thud could be heard and it send a shockwave throughout the ground. When the great warrior turned to see what caused such a commotion, he would see with his own eyes the Grim Reaper! "You der, i gun get you rel gud!" it said, hefting up a massive hammer which was stained entirely with allied blood. The figure, a huge, hairy, monstrous, beast was standing ready to devour the smaller Zhang Fei. Yide was known to be quite large, but this thing made Guan Yu look like a peanut! "My nam is He She It!" A roar followed the announcement and so did the sound of many allied soldiers shatting themselves! Well, there was a certain smell around that area but it was probably the horses! Niu Fu and 300 Maces move to fight Zhang Jiao and Lu Zhi who outnumber him by quite a bit! Guo Si moves to engage Sun Liao! The rebel lines are beginning to falter, but what was still strong was the might and will of Lu Bu! Could any ally, nevermind 5 of them, actually defeat the God of War!? To the allied east, the enemy west, Xiahou Dun is hunting down archers and a slaughter festival begins! The same could be said on the other side of the field where Gongsun Zan was located! Lu Meng moves in to attack, aiding with volleys against Guo Si's archers and also trying to get a piece of the infamous Niu Fu! Get in line biatch! Zhang Fei is about to get raped by the big.... thing!************************************ Troops: Guo Si skirmish 90 Vet Mace and Shield 150 Mil Archers Niu Fu skirmish 300 Mil Mace and Shield

Sun Liao looks at the few men that disperse. So these are the only ones with any reason. Sun feels hope for the allies. He begins to motion to his archers when arrows start piercing men to his left and right. So it begins. The swordsmen at the front of the line raise their shields in attempt to defend the front archers from direct shots.
"Archers, Fire!"
The archers let loose a volley and begin reloading.
"Fire at will men!"
Sun raises his spear above his head, the sun glinting off of the spear point.
"Charge!"
The Veteran Twin swords and the Spearmen charge straight through the archer ranks at the defending mace men. From the north Zhang Ce appears north of Guo Si's unit,
"For glory men! We charge these archers and let us dispose of this traitor Guo Si!"
Zhang Ce commences a charge with the 25 Cavalry Lancers straight towards Guo Si's archers. They 275 twin swordsmen in reserve make a crescent shaped movement to the left flank of Guo Si, ie the south preparing to flank the enemy on both sides.
"Guo Si, your time has ended! Flee or be annihilated!"
-Sun Liao, his Spearmen and 125 Twin Swordsmen charge the enemy head on while the archers fire at will for the time being. - Zhang Ce attacks from the North and strikes the archers with the Mounted Lancers -The reserve Twin Swordsmen move south and move to flank the enemy

Xiahou Dun's small calvary unit had unexpected success against the archer units, since no one was here to command them they didn't seem to try to fight. However not much damage could be done by his tiny unit so they had to stay on the same unit for some time to leave it truely devistated.
"Keep going but don't approch the center lines of archers, lest we be brought down by allied fire."
So horse and man just kept plugging away at the enemy archers, taking out as many as they could while there leader was taken to the opposite side of the conflict and Lu Bu surronded.
Xiahou Dun keeps circling and slaughtering the first unit of archers

Guan Yu shook his head, letting out a slight chuckle. He's going to get himself killed one day. He thought as he snapped back to his focus. He ordered his men to form back up and continue shooting the volleys. He was going to charge and cover his brother. Apppointed his lieutenant to keep the unit under order as he held his Green Dragon by his side in a set position as he rushed, covering Zhang Fei himself.
As he moved forward he sliced through a few soldiers as the arrows from his horsebowmen continued to rain down with unusual percision. They were being extra careful not to strike down their leader. As Guan neared his brother's position, he noticed some odd blob. His horse reared before he was close to the thing, obviously the creature frightened his horse a little. He shook his head and looked to Zhang Fei. How are we... of course. Guan thought as he began to smirk.
Suddenly he started to charge again with his horse and circled around the blob a few times. Nodding to Zhang Fei each round as he hoped his brother would follow suite. As Guan rode around the creature he reached onto the side of the saddle of his horse and grabbed the short bow that he had. He reached on the other side, instantly strapping the Green Dragon to the saddle where it was secure. Once the guandao was secured Guan reached into a quiver that was on the side of his saddle as well and drew the bow, aiming at the creature. Once sure of a shot, he released the bow, aiming for the creature's leg. If it would not hit it would strike into the ground, though it wouldn't be a threat for Zhang.

In fact, the only reason she might leave the battle would be if some disaster befell her men … On the subject of disasters, Zhang He’s hand-chosen foot soldier chose that moment to make his move. With a yell, he attacked Lu Bu from behind, shield held in front of him and sword held high for an overhead blow. In his mind, he hoped Lu Bu would pay no attention to the lowly grunt; after all, he was being challenge by several generals. * * * * * Zhang He parried as an arrow as he and his men did their best to avoid the projectiles showered on them by Dong’s forces. As he did so, he saw what looked like a zombie in his peripheral vision. Turning in shock, he was both relieved and surprised to see that it was Qu Yi, who limped toward him slowly. “Lieutenant, there is no beauty in pointless self-sacrifice.” Junyi admonished while batting away another arrow as an afterthought, “What were you thinking?” “Commander, with all due respect,” replied Qu Yi through gritted teeth, “you’re a fool if you think that peon you sent will be a match for Lu Bu, even if that woman helps him. Who the hell is she, anyway?” “Um…” Zhang He had to admit, he still didn’t know exactly. “It doesn’t matter. As far as you are concerned, I order you to return to the…” He was interrupted as the men from the ship dashed up to them from the fray. “Sir! The boat is on fire! Also, it was hit by the catapults! Several times!” shouted the panting man, out of breath, “Oh, and I think it has termites, too!” “I suppose, in that case, I should return to the ship,” added Qu Yi sarcastically, sensing an opportunity, “If not, I’ll be going back to help that woman.” Junyi sighed. He understood that Qu Yi was stubborn, but he had hoped that he could be persuaded by reason. Since that didn’t appear to be working, he saw only one other action, short of binding Qu where they stood and sending him to the shore. Even then, those termites could be deadly. “…very well, have it your way,” he answered. Qu Yi nodded and was about to turn back toward Lu Bu when Zhang continued, “I shall deal with that ugly monster. Lieutenant, you are in charge here. Do be careful.” Before Qu Yi could protest, he dashed off. After a moment of contemplation, Qu called his trusted twenty swordsmen to his side and, thus protected, continued the assault on Guo Si’s men. - Zhang He is moving to engage Lu Bu! Man, we’re gonna run out of people to actually engage in battle.
- Qu Yi, surrounded by bodyguards and attendants, is taking over for Zhang He on the command front.

Xing Cai physically felt sick looking at the disgusting blob that called itself a warrior. And what the heck was the smell hanging around in the air? Shaking her head, she quickly repeated her previous actions of defending against a ariel rain of arrow fire. Pulling herself behind a barricade, she slowly realized she was overcoming her fears. Gao Jin was right near her, the look of fierce tenacity on his face as he gripped his trident, readying to impale some bowmen. The firing had finished, and Xing Cai and Gao Jin had continued their strong and courageous advance.
The bowmen saw the two warriors, and began to panic. They began to string their bows, without the proper coordination and edict. There was no proper formation in their stringing and team. Xing Cai brought her shield up in front of her, covering her front body, while her fork lay poking out around her stomach. Gao Jin had also done the same, grabbing himself a shield from a dead soldier. With a beautiful amount of teamwork, they crashed into the horde of bowmen like a bull into a crowd of spectators. Archers literally went flying, some were impaled, others piss bolted.
Summary[/u]
- Xing Cai and Gao Jin effectively break apart the group of bowmen behind the barricade that is east of their previous position - They do this by simply charging, shields raised, pronged weapons pointing forward, battering the crowd like a bull battering a crowd of spectators.

Wei Yan had been watching his opponent for quite sometime, looking the man over while trying to force his adrenaline higher. That was the one thing he had began perfecting these last six years with Lu Rai, sadly it seemed Rai was much farther along. In a sudden moment, he saw a lowly peasent warrior charge the back of Lu Bu, too many thoughts rushed through his mind. Warn your foe! No! Just strike! Opp to three prong with Lu Rai! Do something!, needless to say the last thought rung out the highest. Wei Yan gripped his spear and a sent a heavy stab at the beasts throat, keep most of his weight on his left leg so his right would be ready for a dodge or counter. Lu Rai had spent ten long years fighting beside Wei Yan, the two had grown nearly systematic with each other. Rai had noticed the swordsman as well, and had nearly the same thoughts as Yan, nearly. Three prong! This is the moment! Yan!, his mind roared as he acted, unnaturally simultaneously with Wei Yan. Being to Wei Yan's right the mighty Lu Rai sent his shield up to the left, keeping his bicep and shoulder ready to swerve to block either warrior. His sword on the other hand brought the blade up back hand, in an upward slash. Rai had become very fond of holding the sword reverse with his shield. His legs were both ready to push off in any forward direction, mainly just to meet the awesome might of Lu Bu with his shield. "For glory!" roared both men with an other-worldly sound. The sound rang out, almost as far as the eye could see, the main thing that heard it though was Wei Yan's unit. The men, stopped dead in their tracks. It was like a brickwall of sound had hit their chests, and renewed a new light in them. The twin axes were the first to echo the cry, but soon it was one meshed roar, "For glory!"The unit swarmed the first group of enemies it saw. They were tigers, they were boars, they wanted to be gods! Glory, that's all they had came for and not one man would go home or to the heavens without it! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wei Yan and Lu Rai act simultaneously to try and catch the mighty Lu Bu in a three pronged attack with another no name soldier of Zhang He's.
Wei Yan's unit have had their morale restored to a tremendous amount for a brief moment. They mean to cut a path into history one enemy at a time!
OPERATION MEATSHIELD IS A GO!!!! [/center]
