Sio awoke to the flames of fire and the sound of men dying, he darted from resting to his men standing before him. Archers, a whole hundred of them, all ready for battle and putting out a fire beside him while laughing, knowing that the Dragon King would not be burnt. Sio smiled and laughed with them, adorning his light armor that allowed him to move fast and stay mobile, but have some small protection. "Men, prepare for battle, we shall not let them win this!" Roars echoed the camp, has the sounds of flames and screams overcame the roars and Sio left his tent, asking for the directions of the other generals.
Sio and his men heard of the northern gate problem and they set out, dodging flame and dying men. They reached the Northern Gate and saw the battle ensuing near, knowing that Zhang Fei was in the midst, he surely should help the great general. Mounting the walls with his archers, Sio seized the chance to aid Zhang and set his archers in two lines, each of 50 and he himself, removed his own bow and notched a arrow. "Men, prepare to shoot. I want the first line to help aid Fei, by shooting their arrows at the troops approaching him. The second line, shoot the archers that are trying to hurt my Fei! I need the bear to survive!"
Sio smiled once, flames roaring behind him and arrows flying overhead, the eve of battle was beautiful and excitement tore through him. Then Sio unleashed his arrow and it soared through the air, followed by fifty more and then arrows in a matter of seconds soared over head of theirs and headed towards the enemy archers. They had the advantage of height and the wall's protection, that was their good hope. Sio roared and his troops roared with him, they weren't knew to battle and would enjoy fighting.
"Today, is the day we shall dine in heaven!" Sio chuckled in the flaming darkness. Troops: Sio xD 100 Veteran Archers equipped with Bows.

The Dark Knight swept the floor as he founded his footing on top of an embankment, his eyes swirling to the archers who were shooting wildly at the soldiers inside the camps, the flamed roar had finally seemed to settle, leaving in it's place just a large crackle where it sizzled whatever there was left to burn. he had hoped the soldiers would have retreated from the flames, whilst his own men used the moments peace to catch up their long lost breath and to re establish their formation.
"So the enemy takes the bait, and the beast falters not."
The Knight gazed angrily upon the confrontations, the distractions were working beautifully, for the enemy hadn't even noticed his ascend up the western roads to wards the northern fronts, just to the west of the un-suspecting archers.
"We will cut off their fingers and then proceed back to the battle, where we shall meet them from behind."
The knight smirked, and then readied his two blades as he crept along the western border, heading north and then slightly east. he could see the flights of arrows, and the screaming and horses and men alike, and still he wasn't seen - or suspected off, had the enemy really thought them to be so stupid?
He paced along the ridge until he found some higher ground, and then charged to wards the enemy archers, his blades open, ready - and worthy of damage, two soldiers came to his side, their shields lodged against the cracks of their armour, providing a decent supportive hold if any wondering arrows were to hit them. yet still they had been un-noticed, and the final row seemed to have unleashed it's hell as The Dark Knight's soldiers plunged into their western flank from behind, their shields being used as a simple shock absorber for the class between bodies, sweat, blood and metal. Dagoth however refused to be so well protected, instead he slid out his blades, arcing them in swift motions as he tore himself in and out of the few that stood near him.
The battle had begun, and the Knight's soldier's were ready and in formation, with their shields tucked in, and their swords extended...only death awaited these poor archers, only death and...destruction.
The Dark Knight rides north west along the path, and then dives east into the enemy archers, attacking them from the west and from behind in 1 foul swoop.

Lu Zhi sighed a little as the Commander marched off to war. He felt he was too vunerable and an easy target if he went to battle in person. However Lu Zhi knew he could not argue so instead he gathered his entire 100 Veteran army and marched down and out through the south gate. There were no enemies there and the rest were caught up in battle at the East gate and North gate so it made things easier for what he mind.
He marched his army past the walls of the Main Camp to the east and saw the distant enemy Archers. he kept marching east til he came adjacent to the flanks of the archers to there south while they were busy looking the other way. He quickly formed up his Veteran Troops with the 50 Veteran Horse with Swords and shields at the front with the Veteran Halberdiers behind them and then behind the Veteren Halberdiers were the Veteran Twin MAces.
He then yelled the order for the Veteran horsemen to charge forward into the enemy archer ranks outside the east gate with their shields infront of them to ward off any arrows cast their way til they would crash into the enemy lines and and begin their strike at the archers with their swords slashing at the enemy relentlessly as the charged. Behind them the Halberdiers and the Twin Maces followed and would attack all archers who would survive the charge, should it succeed. A perfect way to end the enemy bombardment of fire arrows.

Though late to quell the raid by Dong Zhuo's forces, the valiant Guan Yu rode through the camp with his 100 horsebowmen. He stopped in the middle of the camp, near a fire and looked around. Seeing most of the units heading east he headed north himself. It seems they came at two ends. North and East. I'll cover the north. He thought to himself as he saw his younger brother, Zhang Fei, there.
"Be ready men! Here we show the allied forces that they have true men under their banner!"
Guan yelled to his troops as they yelled back to him in pumped voices. As he traveled through the camp his horsemen formed a block formation. He had noticed that the arrows had died down, noting that some of their men had gotten around the massive volley.Seeing his chance, Guan rushed with his horsebowmen. Once out of the gates he had seen that there were other enemy units marching towards. His horsebowmen fired upon the uncoming spearmen and macemen.
"Fire upon them! Run through them! Show them your might!"
Guan Yu's horsebow unit has assaulted the spear and mace units without too much worry of the archers, thanks to the Dark Knight's assault.

Meng and his men where fighting with much effort and excitment in them, just the swing of the blades where ferousious itself.Having Meng was the only on actually in the east with his men posed bit of a problem since he began to be somewhat outnumbered by the enemy force. Meng was right in the middle of the action, bashing skulls of the filthy men under the command of Dong Zhou, His pike swong from coner to coner just trying to cut down enough men as he could that was station towards the eastern part of the camp.
As this continued more fire arrows where shot towards.Mengs ranks luckly all of his troops weren't just sitting duck as he only brought 25 of each unit of Swordsmen and Spearmen, but seeing the flaming arrows but shot in their direction while still in lose combat formed bit of a problem of not only where they hitting some Of Meng's men. But some of there own. So Meng attempted to sway his troops towards more of the rear of the enemy not to be shot be the fire arrows.
Meng then saw 100 enemy Axmen charged towards his and his troops with such a high moral, knowing he couldn't stand up to these troops, he quickly turned to his men in reserved to come and aid them. Together 40 Swordsmen and Spearmen met the axemen in combat but with the Spearmen charging the axemen in order to nulify the roaring charge, since they were recklessly charging then they would have no problem running in an allignment of spearmen with 20 in each row and their spears pointing forward aiming for the mid-section to the throats of the enemy, then the Swordsmen would come up from their fellow spearmens flanks 20 each and joined in. Mengs archers still wait in reserve for their time but act on their own as they see some Han archers flow towars the enemy archers with the fire arrows and assist the Han archers in killing them.

It was just as Niu Fu had hoped when he saw allied soldiers approaching from the west. He had taken up position just behind Dong Min’s archers to the north and it seemed as if the heavens had given them the perfect opportunity to strike. “Ready yourselves!” Niu Fu exclaimed to his troops while waving his hand forward. They were crouching behind him, waiting for the orders to charge, and slowly moved up when he gave the signal. It just so happened that a dark warrior, leading a group of well trained swordsmen, had moved out the western gate and around to flank Min’s missile group. They could be discerned as such due to their combined movement and clear understanding of who was in charge. Certainly, they were men to be feared. However, that was if they were not extraordinarily outnumbered!! “You there! Coward behind the mask it is time to face Niu Fu!!”A signal bomb exploded, just north of Dagoth’s attack, and 200 Militia Twin Axes with 100 Militia Hammers raced forward to turn the tides of battle!! Dagoth had rammed his Veterans right into Dong Min’s archers and it was a slaughter festival, but that was until they were blindsided by shock troops under Fu. The 100 Hammermen flailed their mighty weapons during the charge, crushing skulls or limbs if caught. Shields would be effective, but the recoil from a blow could break arms! Following close behind were the Twin Axes and the fight was on!! Niu Fu ambushes Dagoth to the north and now the unknown warrior is in a fight for his life! Will his allies move to aid him?******************************* Troops: Niu Fu 200 Militia Twin Axes 100 Militia Hammers

Dagoth was in between two archers, his blades jolting out from either side of them as the bomb exploded, spraying mud, dirt and grit everywhere. The explosion spooked his troops, and naturally they began to fall down the hill, their shields tucked in closer, their swords facing out further. The Dark Knight was among such men, his blades weaving in and out of flesh as he pushed past the panic-infested archers. "Men, loosen your formation, and keep your shields away from your armour, remember your training - such heavy weaponry can be used to your own advantage!"
His men panicked silently, but their shields parted further away, and their swords trembles rigidly within their hands, the time was set, and the clash of hammers was soon upon them, the men raised their shields, allowing the hammer to crash, jolt and hurl the men back, but such a recoil would only push a willing servant, it wouldn't destroy it. Dagoth had learned that heavy weaponry could be used as a momentum if the pressure was neutralized - to him, this mean so long as his soldiers didn't try and stale-mate with the objects, they'd push them back down rather then through their bones.
It was an un-wanting asset, and Dagoth had to hurl an archer close by into the hammer aiming to wards him, allowing the archers skull to feel the impact, and giving the dark Knight a chance to leap back wards, rolling down the hill before standing back on his feet. His soldiers stayed with him, their eyes fearful as their shields cracked with each blow they tried to work with, but it wouldn't last much longer, you could see the strain mount within their veins, their eyes wept, and their faces boiled with fright.
"Men! continue to be pushed, let their hammers drive you, do not let them break you."
he watched his words topple as a hammer crashed onto the shoulder of his solider, his screams startling his men - reminding them that delicacy was vital for this to work, but then the axe-men arrived, their double axes pushing past and driving hard into the already tired soldiers. They pushed back though, allowing the odd thrust whilst protected behind their tattered shields. The end was closing in, and the Dark Knight fended off various blows before screaming at this pathetic general, "If you're afraid, face me in real combat, man to man - or are you so afraid you must cower behind the axes and blades of your soldiers. what are you, a kitten or a lion."
Dagoth fended the final blow, and he pushed himself further to wards the main camp with whatever he could - he couldn't stop this onslaught, but maybe he could give his men the time they needed for SUPPORT to come.
I described best i could, though i can go into more...detail on how it works if you need it. Dagoth Ur has also asked for a duel.

Return of the Yellow Dragon The west, to the action it seemed, the Heavens opened to view the horror; the main camp a mere beacon to those who wished to view two large figure heads collide. Dong Zhuo's forces with those under the Han; oh the great Empire.. Such is the state of Heaven's ruling? Indeed a time was new, though it did not wavour the loyalists to rise above the Tyrant. The sky was fading from blue, as the fire burned it seemed to turn the clouds into a yellow smog; such could be the metaphor placed upon the land by a being... The Blue sky shall perish to be taken by a Yellow cloud; the voices of the Yellow Turbans.... Supposed, dead...
As the allies clashed with the enemy, those with crystal hearing would pick upon a faint but fatal noise; running!.. Following the ambush of Niu Fu came some other force, the enemy had brought reinforcements! Surely the Heavens would not allow the Han brought to it's final breath here? It would be fine story for the historians, the great Han empire murdered before it could make a single move. However, something followed the noise of feet, drums! Where?.. Along the west path came a wave of sounds, drumming, cheering and roaring from a closening force. Where was it heading? It seemed to be heading for the rear flank of Niu Fu, the general who was causing chaos for the allies with his cleverly placed ambush...
Finally, the force came into view, it had made it; not too late either. However, such as the Heaven's the warriors were clad in white; were the Heavens finally upon the side of a Tyrant? It could be, not only had Dong Zhuo overthrone the Palace but also the Celestial courts within the skies; his favour was set, the fight was finished...
... Or was it? The entire force, considerably large than both the allies fighting Niu Fu and Fu's force placed together, came to a sudden halt; the armour glistening from the flames of the camp. The Han elite looked upon in fear, this was surely a sight but, something was wrong. Those surrounding He Jin, Lu Zhi, Zahng Fei, the unknown warrior, Zhou Tai and all of the Allied generals yeld in fear. Not for the foe, the screams for such had been stopped; it was in reaction to the supposed leader of the unit that came from behind along the mountains. "Zhang Jiao!! The leader of the Yellow Turbans is alive!! It's Zhang Jiao!" Such pathetic yelps were true, within his yellow attire upon a white mare was indeed, the Great Teacher himself... Zhang Jiao...
... The eyes of the Yellow leader, who took refuge within the south to found the Heavenly Hand, were menacing merely enjoying the sight of the Han's forces in jeprody; however, that is not why he came. The presence of not only the army but of the Sage master, it was compelling and some not being able to believe that the Han had not murdered their most rivalled foe; other than the current Dong Zhuo. Leaning a little forward the Yellow Dragon gave his famed staff to his loyal bodyguard, Gong Ce. In awe the young Ce was still pinching himself... "Zhang Jiao! The Heaven's have doomed us, the alliance with the for is still alive!" Words, all these words, but still he did not move; having both sides cautious.. Why was he here? To help Dong Zhuo?..
... Swiftly Zhang Jiao thrusted his hands into the air, as if calling for the Heavens to bring forth their wrath upon those infront of him. "Greetings those of the Han! I am back my old enemy!" The Daoist hand's made their way to point infront of him, directly to the Han forces, who were impressively trying to hold their own; such a futile effort. Some may have believed it was a mere hoax, but the extravagant gestures were recognisable to the former Yellow Turban leader; including the voice that would raise in tone and emotion in places that may not be entirely needed. "Do not fear, for I have come here to place Heaven's judgeful hand upon the traitor Dong Zhuo!" The gestures stopped and the arms were brought in to the chest.. Elites dumbfounded, the foe scared; Zhang Jiao was here to help, the Han! As if the Heaven's answered the silent prayers of the many soldiers fearing death, they had brought the Daoist, the great General of the Heavens, Zhang Jiao.. Suddenly his arms exploded outwards, palms open, eyes menacing; a roar!. "Go my children, show the Heaven has come to rid this land of Dong Zhuo!" As if statues came to life, the mass of warriors clad in white rushed into battle aiming for the rear flank of Niu Fu; a pincer! It was magnificant, the sight, as if a white cloud moved over the ground to desacrate the forces of Dong Zhuo; it was time for redemption, reconsiliation for Dong Zhuo was no where to be seen.... Now, it was time for Dong Zhuo to see the final breath he would be making and at the hands of the man who he believed was dead, fooled by him; the Heaven's hand would strangle the life out of him!. Taking back the staff, Zhang Jiao watched with the faithful Gong Ce, the clash of white into Niu Fu's rear unit; only a smile could be seen on the former Yellow Turban's face...Zhang Jiao has entered the battle! - Appearing upon the West his force charges into the rear flank of Niu Fu, to help the Allied forces!Zhang Jiao's troops100 Veterans Swords & Shields 500 Militia Archers 500 Militia Twin Swords 500 Militia Hammers 250 Militia Halberds 250 Militia Lancers

(I don't really have time for a long post, but since they need to get in for the turn...)
Zhang Liao watched the torrent of action unfold as the surprise attack was launched. Were the Han so incompetent, he mused, that they couldn't scout their position properly? A hundred spearmen, armed with shields and eager to smash (and stab) things followed him as he charged out the eastern gate, strait into the enemy.

(Ok, I really dont have time for this. Made a post and the damn spellcheck closed EVERYTHING!)
Ryou still drinks his wine and laughs at the lions that still rour around the campfire. Later, he threw his drink over the tent behind him and start to walk over to the command tent. While on his way a fire arrow or shooting start flew just a feet in front of him and hit the tent to his left. Ripping it out, he turns to the direction where the arrow came from with angry words soon to come out.
"OH SHIT! Who in the hell shot this...arrow.....at...........me?"
His words started to slow down and a horde of fire arrows start to reach their peak and come down for the kill. Grabbing a crate beside him, he lifts it up and kneels down to block any arrow that were on his way. After the volley has halted, Ryou rose up and stood there as leaders and troops were running around ralling together. Then just a few minutes later the leaders and generals were heading out of the camp to meet the enemy head-on. Kin is use to this kind of stuff, they use such tactics in their raids and are mostly fighting in fire.
"Well I guess I should join in a help..."
Kin start to move to the place where his horse was. He only hoped that his beast was fine also. It just so happen that his beast was in the corner of the camp and near the fire of the arrows and tent but still safe. Jumping on, Ryou call for men on their horses. All were fitted with Spears and Sheilds. They all moved away from the fighting and then wrapped around to Zhang Jiao position.
"Lets go hit their flanks men and crush their archers to seize the firing of their arrows."
Kin stick with Jiao's men for a while but then boost out of their lines and head right for the sides of the archers. It might be just a hundred men with him or less but he does not care. Ryou just hope he gets the guy that almost killed him. Surely, it beat killing innocent lives in a village. Real warriors are here now which only makes it that more fun.

Yuan Shao was not as surprised that there was an enemy raid force out in the woods. He had suspected Dong Zhuo to fight such a war. The true reason they were being attacked was to dismantle the army and scare away its 'heroes.' This is why Shao attempted at what some would call 'stealing the show.' Shao only wanted the foolish He Jin to be brought to justice and instill that the Han still was a court of the land, despite its headless appearance. Damn Zhuo, and damn the men that gave him the power, and damn the men who set forth his chance at stealing the Empire.
A few arrows shot around Benchu, who was quick to go find his men and watch those around him. Mainly, where the great He Jin was walking and if he could find any of his officers. Thankfully, his troops were already ready because of the mere mention of nearby enemies. Zhang He it seemed had scurried off to do god knows what. "It can't be helped men! We will defend this final base of the Han like it was Lou Yang itself, Shao hurriedly yelled to his men while he was still scanning the crowd for a fleeing He Jin.
Shao laughed when he saw He Jin barking out commands and 'leading' his troops. He turned and spoke to his men, "Charge men, we head to the front line!" And there they went, falling in behind and near to Zhang Fei, they would take the front and then provide for the allies.

Wei Yan roared under his breath as his friend, Lu Rai had brought around his shield and blocked a flaming arrow from finding home in Yan's back. Yan rose to his feet, removed the arrow with a grimace and buried it into the ground.
"Rai, rally the men and get the horses. Meet me at the north gate quickly. We are already late." boomed Wei Yan as he drew his battle axe, Boar Tusk, and began trying to make sense out of the chaos. The only real thing that caught the warriors attention were the men trying to kill him and the booming of metal on metal that came from hammers to the north. So, being with only infantry and no chance at a tactical plan, Yan met with his troops at the north gate.
When both men were mounted, Yan sheathed his battle axe and withdrew Horizon, his long spear. Lu Rai just nodded and pulled his own spear out.
"Line up. Spears to the front. Twins behind them. Axe and Shield take the rear. Let the heaven's decide our fate and sort out the bodies!" bellowed Wei Yan as he brought up his spear and set his men charging towards the aid of a Han Allied officer being ambushed by hammer wielders.

Maybe now Lu Zhi and the others, who had questioned He Jin’s call to stay in the fight, would think next time before over-reacting. The Commander knew that Dong Zhuo would not send his entire force across the river when he had the defensive advantage. The new Emperor was hoping to smash allied morale with his night attack, though in fact the plan was concocted by the wily Li Ru. Either way, Jin would not have his mission for revenge ruined by two weakling generals. It seemed many a warrior was out to gain fame and glory on this night. That would be a problem for He Jin because he needed to increase the loyalty of all the former Han supporters. After all, the Han was dead. He knew that and hence his name spreading as the avenger of the fallen Emperor would help place himself as the new ruler of China! True, it was ambitious. However, who else would be able to take up such a position? Yuan Benchu? “Hmph!!”He Jin thought of many things as his brave Veterans were filing through the north and east gates, but what he was not thinking of was his former enemy Zhang Jiao. A man, sage, that he was not aware had entered the fray fighting for the allies! Once word reached him of such an event, one could not be sure how he would react. With the night raiders in a troublesome situation, Zhang Jiao would have to fight hard to take on the entire allied force should they turn against him. Hopefully, officers could vouch for the Great Teacher’s actions as he had just turned the tide of battle in the north. Niu Fu was surrounded and now under attack by a third warrior, Wei Yan. Dong Min too was under attack by multiple allied officers and it seemed the raid would be thwarted. However, they could never truly know what was up against them without proper scouting. To He Jin’s despair, he found out only recently that a few bodies were found a good distance from the main camp. They were his spies. Looking to his left, the Commander noticed a finely dressed warrior with young features approaching; brave soldiers in tow. He offered to serve He Jin and immediately ordered men to aid with the fires. He Jin nodded as Shu's men moved with a purpose to save what was left of the encampment. Unfortunately, they would have to move through the east to get any water. That just happened to be where the enemy was located. However, there were also many allies present as well. “Xu Shu, accompany me on the frontlines against this vile man Dong Zhuo! Men, push forward and engage the enemy infantry!” he yelled, finally free of the eastern gateway. The Commander charged forward, on foot with his men toward Dong Min’s soldiers who were now engaging multiple foes. Shields dropped and men roared out as they charged into the enemy lines! Arms and pieces of people were flying everywhere as the Veterans made Min’s militia looked like untrained ruffians! He Jin and the Veteran Sword and Shield soldiers strike out to crush the attackers, sending them back toward the river to a watery grave!!****************************** Troops: ::Main Army::He Jin 995 Veteran Swords with Shields 500 Ruffian Med Spears 500 Militia Halberds
