Recent times were troubling the now king of Han Zhong, the interruption by Wei Yan into his palace caused him to go through much change in a very short space of time. The injuries that Wei Yan left of the young King wasn’t physical it was mentally, most likely with his head.
Scarred in the mind and heart leaving behind those that cared about him in the castle he took off, he wouldn’t tell anyone even those trying to help, not even his sworn brothers Guan Yu & Zhang Fei. There was only one person that he knew could help him and that person walked out on him aswell.
All he could think about was Xiaoli and the memories of this fun time that they had even if it was only a day, it went for a very long time, they spend a passionate moment in the rain together and he just felt some sort of connection with her, but she may have left it all behind it the name of her family going to her next job.
He hoped in his mind that she didn’t see him as a ‘’job’’ he thought that they both had something, but if they did she wouldn’t of walked out on him that day. There was one place that he showed her a waterfall he trained under, one that not even his brother knew of. An area where he could be spent thinking towards himself.
He was at this spot now, why he came there? He wasn’t quite sure but he needed to get away from the pressure of life and being a ruler. Why did he show Xiaoli this spot? He wasn’t quite sure either. Nothing made sense to him, but maybe she would reappear to help him out.
Sitting at a rock a few meters away from the waterfall entrance it was the perfect spot that no one would see him, there was a secret passage though, and he showed it to Xiaoli once before, once again not sure why?

Giving her some free time she had decided to wander into the city even if she didn't think that Liu Bei would like to know she was there. So she had not bothered to send a message or anything of course from what she had heard he had disappeared. Apparetly something about a ruler getting on him for how he was ruling and then he just sort of disappeared. Of course she did not think that running away and hiding was the right thing to do but it was his decision. Qing could not make it for him and would certainly not attempt to change it.
As she walked in she crisscrossed her feet as she walked humming. Qing was dressed diffrent, it was not a dress it was her black fighting outfit and the black vail flowed over her face. So really all you could see was her gray eyes as she walked but even then her gaze was averted to the ground. Her hair was pulled back and up so that now it really did not fall around her face as she walked. Looking up she saw him sitting there and immediately her mind told her to turn around but her feet just kept going and bringing her closer to where he was.
Standing near him she leaned herself against a rock and just stood there looking out. "Hi" was the one word that happen to slip out of her lips and she sighed as she took the vail thing off her face. "Listen, I know that you haven't been around for a while" she said looking over at him slightly. "You shouldn't of run off though" she said looking at the waterfall not daring to look at him in the eyes. "If they want you to prove something...then prove it" she said very simply she sort of had a idea but she just wanted to point out that sitting there was not going to help him or anyone around him.

Sitting their having everything to worry about and not the time to have when you are a ruler and a leader, those qualities and ideals were thrown out the time he just simply disappeared. But then looking at the ground a familiar voice was heard.
Slowly looking over he saw Xiaoli, the one that he never thought he would see again, he looked back down as he was hearing the things she was saying. Cracking his fingers just to feel a slight pain in himself, though he was feeling better it was unexpected to say the least but also very much welcome.
He turned his head to her once again ‘’ I understand where you are coming from, believe me this. But there are things that got to me and I suppose I cracked under pressure.’’ He had many things that he still needed to know about leadership as he was still quite young but he did want to make a change in the world or at least china.
Slowly edging his way towards the end of the rock, he leaned as if he was going to fall over and instead he stood right up and approached her, ‘’Why have you come? After leaving me before?’’ Asking this so he could get some facts straight.

"You should not let them get to you...just because you have not proven to them that you can lead doesn't mean there is not time" she said lacing her fingers together. Qing slightly ran a hand threw her hair or what she could run threw at least after all it was quiet hard when it was up. Yes he was young but it did not mean he could not try to be up there with the more 'experienced', that meant nothing. What really mattered was what you did with that, if you used it for stupid things or things that benefited yourself or perhaps others. There were younger officers that could hold there own in this world against those of who that had been around for years at least more then they cared to admit.
Of course most of her fathers crew were older then her yet she acted older then they ever did a day of there life. There job though was not to act there age though, it was to be around for muscle and work. Most of them came on the ship because they were convinced that they did not have the potential to be more. Some of them realized they did and they just got off the ship and then she thought about it...why wasn't her bodyguard gone? After all he was quiet of age, as old as her father yet...he continued to stay on the ship and she could not help but feel like she was the reason.
After all he did enjoy being around her and treating her like a daughter, of course she knew he had no wife and definitely no children. Qing of course could not help but shake the feeling that he stayed around to watch over her, to make sure nothing happened to her. Sense he did not have children she got the feeling that he treated her like he would if he had a daughter. He had though taught her the day they had dueled that you should not think of yourself great then others because sometimes they were not always what you expected. He was far from her definition of a pirate though, he acted nothing like the others...simply because he put himself to a hire standard.
Looking at him approaching him she stood there and looked over at the waterfall for a moment as she thought about it. "I did not mean to go...I...just..." sighing she looked at him for the first time in quiet a while. "There are things that...people...that if I do not do what I need to...might end up dead..." sighing she laced her fingers back together. "I can not go into any more detail or well...it will end badly for you" she said shaking her head. "I don't mean to run but...I guess it's just my nature huh?" she said giving a small smile to try to make the situation better.
"Something in me told me to come back..." leaning against the wall Qing looked out. "Not sure why but something told me to come back and I just did" she said kicking a rock at her foot as she stood there. "Of course it's totally understandable if you don't want me to be here because I understand that I was sort of a jerk last time and I didn't mean to but it just happened" bitting her lip she sighed. Why did she always try to come up with a logical explanation...she left and that was the end of the story. She of course at the moment felt like a total idiot of course she really could not see why anyone could blame her for feeling that way.

He looked over at her she seem that she had a lot on her mind which wasn’t always a good thing, she had the skill to kill but he highly doubt she would try anything funny against him. She seem to kind to do such a thing to him. But there were some things that she wished to remain secretive between the two of them which in a way was alright by his standards anyway.
It was like she had a tough and aggravating appearance towards her, but then again she also had a soft sensitive side to her. If not he was clearly mistaken she seem that she could turn out to be a very lovely girl if she let her guard down around him, there was no way he could try anything that would be to fishy around her.
Walking back and forwards, her words where somewhat refreshing, she spoke the hard truth but in a sort of caring way towards him. For a moment he didn’t understand thus being young had their ways against for and against in most respects.
Putting his hand out to feel the flow of the water streaming down ‘’No, you do not have to go, I in a way like your presence in is smoothing towards my soul.’’ He closed his eyes to hear the water flowing down some trickles running if you like towards his elbow.
He was trying to hide an injury that kept opening, he didn’t want her to know until he suddenly grasped his side just at his lower ribcage. There was a chance that he could of broken some but he didn’t want her to worry if she could.
Still holding his side he turned facing her, looking into her eyes ‘’I didn’t mean it that way, if anything I was the jerk for I guess coming on to strong. But if I may how long are you here this time?’’ He wanted to know, he in a way loved her presence it was a good feeling to have around the him at this time of his feeling down nature.

Qing constantly thought about just about everything, so something would be on her mind no matter even if she wanted it to be or not. Of course she would not try anything funny or anything like that; she did not get free days just to do what she did on a regular basis. That to her did not really sound like the funniest thing to do in the world on her free day where she could be alone…ish. It was not just a secret that she wanted to keep from him, but from the whole world was more like who she wanted to hide it from. After all as much as they all thought they could help she had found out in life that they could not exactly do that even if they want to.
Never was she exactly tough and aggressive she was just more uptight then most people would consider to be normal especially for a girl her age. Plus in this time of age the last thing her men needed was someone else who acted like them especially in there leader. They needed someone to point out things that needed to be fixed and someone who dedicated time and none of them really enjoyed to do that. So that had really been the day that her father had decided that she was to get a bit of her own army. Not much but something to prove that she would not want to just sit on the sidelines and just watch life pass her by.
Sometimes the only way to get a message threw was to be slightly harsh about it because sometimes it was the only way you could get it threw there head. Not sugar coding it or anything and just telling them what was happening or what they needed to do before it was too late. “Okay…then I’ll stay” she said letting her feet stay planted in the ground for the moment. Watching him grasp his side she sighed…to Qing it appeared that he was hurt and being hurt was never a good sign. Standing there she was not sure if he would care if she offered help after all that was no way to be walking around.
Shaking her head for a moment she walked closer to him “just take an apology every once and a while Liu Bei” she said with a small smirk. After all he was just making fake excuses to say a sorry; he had done nothing wrong to apologize for. “Well...” looking at him for a moment she thought about it. “If you let me help with whatever is wrong with you” she said pointing to where his hands where on the wound “then I’ll stay longer”. “Of course if you don’t let me then I just might have to leave earlier” Qing said shrugging her shoulders slightly as she stood there looking at him.

Somewhat amazed that she was offering to help out, he would do nothing but smile. There was a feeling that he wanted her to stay around as long as he could, but he didn’t want to force anything on her. He nodded to her signaling hat she could help him in anyway that she could, so showing her the injury wouldn’t be to bad wouldn’t it?
He slowly took off his cape, then followed by his armour then his imperial shirt, which left him topless in other words. She would be in complete control now, he walked over towards her having his arm on the wound and lying on a rock close by.
Wondering what she would do, he just laid. His abs exposed while he breathed out and in six of them none of the less, he was very fit running around the battlefield able to handle two swords jumping, dodging, swimming, avoiding enemy attacks. He wondered still what she would do about it.
Slowly moving his head across ‘’Fine then Qing, I’m yours’’ Moving his head to his original position and awaiting her next move.

Qinghad of course seen people hurt a lot, she lived with a bunch of pirates she was use to having to patch them up after getting in stupid bar fights. Of course she was guessing Liu Bei didn't get this in a bar fight but stiff, she knew what she was doing. Sitting there for a minute as he took off basically...everything he was wearing as his top half she didn't seem to change expression. After all keeping composure was one of her top priorities plus he was hurt. So that was the main thing she was worried about not the fact that half of his cloth was off.
Standing up she went over and sat down next to him looking at him for a minute. Nodding she sat there and slowly took his hands and moved them off the wound. Her hands were gentle because well she did not want to accidentally make a wrong move and end up putting him in pain. Looking at it she went over to the waterfall and cupped up some water in her hands and came back quickly and splashed it on the wound. Cleaning it out she looked at it and started pulling out stuff from a bag that she carried with her sometimes.
Luckily for him she had it with her today, sitting there she looked at him and just sat in the silence for a minute. "You need to sit up" Qing said looking at him for a moment as she sat there and then she glanced off at the water fall. "If I'm going to put this bandage stuff on you it would be easier to put on you if your sitting up" Qing said very simply. Then other questions came up in her head and she sat there for a minute before thinking just go for it went threw her head. "Also...what would you think about me joining you?" she said sitting there with the bandage in her hand and waiting to see what he would think of her question.

Noticing that she wasn’t flinching or making direct eye contact he seem to not mind her working on his body sort of speak, he just laid there with a little stinging sensation when she splashed the water on the wound. But he would do as he was told bringing his legs up and over his body into a sitting up position then she asked him for employment.
He didn’t know which to do, she of course well from what he seen so far she was a capable fighter and warrior also very good socially what was stopping him from saying yes? He just looked in her eyes for a clear moment not moving anything else, just frozen in time.
Shaking it off, he was somewhat lured back to her grey eyes, he then looked towards the water responding with a ‘’What would I think? Well from what I gathered about you must be a highly skilled officer/warrior. I have no reason to turn away any type of warrior.’’ Looking at her then swiftly the moving towards the waterfall waiting her response.

Sitting there she waited his response as she sat up looking into her gray eyes, which she was not use to. Most people really did not look at her for long periods of time so this was not something she had grown use to. Looking back she sat there waiting for what he was going to say hearing him she shook her head. Qing was not use to getting these things told to her so she was sort of surprised when he said it plus she had never really served anyone. "Well then..." sitting there Qing pursed her lips lightly "then I'll serve you, I don't see what I have to lose".
With that she took the bandage and she sat there patching him up focusing on the wound, her cold hands touched his warm body a few times and she mumbled "sorry". Smiling at her work Qing was happy with it and it should be fine "okay well...that should be good, but you really should get it patched up every once and a while". "Just don't do anything to crazy" Qing said looking over at him and then she went back to the waterfall. Something about this place made her love it here, it was different then any other place she had ever been. Thinking about what she had done yes she did realize she had joined someone without her fathers permission.
He had given her the decision of who she wanted to pick though so he could not be to mad about this. After all she would still help her father out when he needed her, she had a loyalty to her father. Qing already knew that her bodyguard would probably end up coming with her simply because he felt like it was his duty to protect her till the end of his days. She of course had always wondered why he never had a family or anything after all she had never once heard anything about a past wife or anything. Something in her told her though that he enjoyed to be alone...yet he thought of her as a daughter and was about the only person he wished to ever talk to.
