((Each Kingdom can send three representatives. If more than three come, the extra officers will be removed from the banquet by force. In addition, unaffiliated warriors may come, just shoot me a PM.))
Upon their arrival from Ye, Sun Jian and Zhou Tai set forth to make their own preparations for a banquet. They decided, however, that they would not waste time making this a banquet of diplomats, with a fancy set-up and a beautiful arrangement, since this would be a meeting of men based around one topic, and one topic alone: War.
Sun Jian sent forth messengers to the Kingdoms of Shu and Wei, and throughout the rest of China (save for T’se) for representatives. The Kingdoms would have the ability to bring up to three representatives, although three were not required, and unaffiliated warriors would be granted entrance once cleared by Sun Jian.
The room that this took place in was on the top floor of the Jian Ye palace. Once a room full of artwork and sculptures, the room was cleared, save for a large, round, mahogany table with 15 chairs placed around it. Servants would provide water and wine, and dinner would also be provided after their discussion. Sun Jian had given the guards orders to allow three men each from Wei and Shu into Jian Ye, and a list of unaffiliated officers was given to them as well ((meaning just post here right away; you don’t need to go through the gates or anything.)) Sun Jian and Zhou Tai sat at the far end of the table, so they were able to see the doors. Wu Sheng, the Prime Minister of Wu, may or may not be in attendance… they were not sure.
