This battle was nearly won, Dong Zhuo would soon be within the earth; just as he had planned for Zhang Jiao and of course He Jin. Hua Xiong, Wang Yun, Niu Fu and Dong Min all defeated and soon to meet their makers while Li Ru had made a quick escape; no doubt be caught by some who seek rewards. Lu Bu would soon be next to fall, with the likes of Guo Si to follow suit; the Heavens finally saw the true path of Dong Zhuo and it shone straight to the courts of Hell. Gongsun Zan now moved to eradicate the battle ground of anymore troops that wore the colours of Dong Zhuo, those following Liu Bei did the same while many tried to subdue Guo Si and Lu Bu. But what of Dong Zhuo himself? He had tried to make an escape on a guard's horse, Yuan Shao had foolishly ordered his men to hurl himself at the retreating traitor; did he not remember that his bones were not made from the strength that he had in his youth? It would not long until the horse would buck and have Yuan Shao thrown face-first into the mud, possibley breaking a few of his aging bones. Dong Zhuo would be for a sured escape, though such a thing enraged the Great Teacher's blood; looking to his men the Sage let out a bellowing laugh. "Children! Watch that betrayer flee, he can not escape the Heavens!" Placing the Jian back into it's sheath Zhang Jiao saw Gongsun was now blocking the rest of Hua Xiong's troops, Liu Bei to his left; he could slip by and charge after Dong Zhuo. Smiling Zhang Jiao tightened his grip onto the horses' reigns, with a quick tap the horse pushed itself up onto it's back legs; allowing a frightening growling neigh leave it's mouth. Suddenly the horse bolted away, the troops clad in white followed alongside Gong Ce, it was like a white cloud that drifted across the ground; a poison, heading for Dong Zhuo. Zhang Jiao ignored Yuan Shao being thrown about like a piece of thin matterial within the wind, such a fool he looked...
Slowly the Sage master rose his legs from the stirrups and was not crouching on the thick saddle; a strange stance, one that worried Gong Ce...Surely he wasn't going to repeat what Yuan Shao did? It would only end in injury for Zhang Jiao was a little older than Yuan Shao. A master of trickey, gaining the rumours of sorcery, the great teacher now pushed himself up; Jiao was going to stand on his saddle! Being side-wards on Zhang Jiao managed to balance himself quite well length-ways on the saddle; the flat shoes helping. The speed of the horse managed to keep him from toppling, it's pace began to create a gap between him and the his white clad soldiers; only Gong Ce could catch up on his black mare.
The staff that Zhang Jiao held was extended back, it was being used to further balance the sage master; one glance and it looked like he was gliding on air, being carried by the Heavens straight to Dong Zhuo. "Heavens! Carry your servant to Dong Zhuo, allow your strength to bring him to my feet!!" Small prayers within his head for the Heavens to grant him this one pleasure; for him to be the capture of Dong Zhuo. As the horse pounded after him, the wind created by the speed pulled the cloak of Jiao's back. The elaborate attire that had rectangular material pertrude from his neck-brace flew back, his long sleeves imitating them; it was a holy sight. Zhang Jiao's legs moved to the rhythm of the horses run; absorbing every shock in the movemetns so he would not be thrown off by either the horse or lack of balance. Indeed a master of illusions and a sight to behold on the battle ground, Zhang Jiao was heading straight for Dong Zhuo; when near, would swipe at his head with his staffZJ

Heavenly Hand Unit - Zhang Jiao is now after Dong Zhuo, wanting to capture him! - Zhang Jiao, when close to Dong Zhuo, will try to knock him out with a blow to his head with his staff!

Wei Yan looked down at Guo Si with a snarl. Shaking his head, the warrior wrenched his spear from the man's leg and just went on with the battle.
"You all can do what you want with him. I'd kill him, he deserves no court." stated Wei Yan coldly with a light foot into Guo Si's side to roll him over onto his back. "Coward..." he spat coldly before walking away.
"Alright! Rai! On me! We make for Li Ru's unit! Go around avoid Lu Bu himself, but any other man that gets in our way is to be dealt with quickly! Move out!" roared Wei Yan to his soldiers contempt. Lu Rai just nodded and started marching behind the already mobile, Wei Yan. The phalanx quickly formed in a line with Lu Rai as it's center as always.
When Yan broke into a jog, so did the phalanx, soon they were crashing through enemy soldiers left and right. Those they didn't stab, they shieldbashed to the ground and left for dead. They were going to the aid of an Ally and simple bumps in the road would not slow them.
Wei Yan himself roared out as he brought one soldier to the ground with his spear, quickly putting the spear on his back as he drew his battle-axe.
The lines sang of shield's crashing and spear's gutting. Gurgles led the vocals while roar's filled in the gaps. Blood gave the art color, and passion gave it reason. Men entangled in metal entangled in more men. Who was to say that this war couldn't be made beautiful? ((Sorry, Bardic/Zhang He moment...)
A shield felt the weight of Yan's axe as he drove the man to the ground, and then buried the blade in his throat. As he rose, another shield missed it's block and the axe found home in a man's gut, sending him sailing over the ranks of enemies. Wei Yan roared with might as he headbutted one man to the ground and Lu Rai quickly dispatched him. None would forget the march of Wei Yan as he barreled into another man head long, taking a spear in the hip. A roar of defiant pain was the last thing the man heard as an axe found home in his forehead.
Yan did as any animal would do, snapped of the spear shaft, leaving the head still in his hip and used the haft as a weapon. With another roar he buried it into a man's collar and took the man to the ground. Another man dared challenge the indomitable Wei Yan and found solice in the after life as Yan dodged the spear stab, stole the spear, and promptly spun burying the head into the man's ribs.
Lu Rai was another sight to behold. Once the men had caught the idea of the phalanx march, he broke off and began his own march, leaving only dying pleas of mercy in his wake.
A hanging parry left Rai to the left of one poor soul, perfect for his reverse gripped blade to go home to the man's spine. Another dared shield rush Rai, so Rai obliged with his own shield, tossing the man off-balance. Within two steps, the man lay bleeding from his hips and shoulder blade. Another shield bash took a man to the ground, and he was left for the phalanx.
Barreling onward, Rai found himself with two enemies daring to slay him. The mighty warrior stepped into the first one's blade, sending it back with his shield. The second swung down for his collar, Rai caught the blade with his own and sent it high before bringing his own sword back in quickly and digging into the man's ribs. The remaining warrior turned to run, but within three steps felt a numbness take hold his chest, and a sword protruded to his dismay.
This would be a war march to remember. None would ever forget Wei Yan and Lu Rai, side by side, wreaking havoc.

The objective was completed, the dragon was slain, the princess rescued. Xing Cai stood strong, staring out across the sands and the beach. Such comfort and stillness came from the body-ridden beachside. She sighed, her fork hanging low, adjacent to her most left foot. The men were grateful that their killing was now over, with this final confrontation, Dong Zhuo's Empire was finished. The combined might of the Allies was destined to win. Maybe the outcome had've been different if the mighty 'emperor' had followed directly the orders of Li Ru. Such a man equalled Cao Cao, and yet was far more scheming and held no sense of rationality. Hua Xiong and Lu Bu, beats of the field, stray dogs in Xing Cai's eyes. Lu Bu being the mightiest hound of them all, was also the most stray of them all. With none to walk him, the hound will lose itself in its role. Having no purpose to follow, and none to assist its poor canine habits. Dong Zhuo, the man who started it all. Such people had no right to continue their life, they deserved death for the chaos they cause. Though she believed humans could not judge, that it was a heavenly thing, but still a man like that could never be allowed to live freely with the pain and suffering he had caused.
What of her own evlolution? She began this fight, a scared child, clutching the wooden safety of her untouched vessel. It was through the strong guidance of her ever watchful mentor, Gao Jin. She dreamed to be a leader of men, and a slayer of the enemy. Much like her father, however, she knew of his drunken habits and hoped to fall far from the tree. Her apple must be different from the tree, and yet still bear its fruits. Her blade was stained with blood, a oath, a mark, a symbol of her evolution. She had killed in the name of justice and honour. What else could she prove to herself and those around her? Especially those around her, the 15 men she began with did not even trust in her. They all parted from their families with the idea of never seeing them again, how differently they changed in this final battle. She even gained more, and they all fought with pure emotion and intensity.
"Lady Xing, we were honoured to fight under you." A elite bowed before her. The other proud men, bowed slowly, their spears dragging the tips along the sand. Xing Cai could only gasp for air in pure astonishment. Even Gao Jin nodded solidly. Mustering her final strength to speak proudly to the men, and for Wang Yun to hear, she smiled. "Thank you, all of you, for believing in me. I have truly evolved from this war, and I now know that fear has no place on the abttlefield. It is what we fight for that we can trust in, I trusted in faith and justice. These rebels lacked both, and henceforth, they failed." Xing Cai whole heartedly believed evey single syllable that escaped her mouth. This is what drove her fighting spirit.

All were scattering. Hua Xiong had been slain, Wang Yun and Guo Si had been captured, Li Ru had escaped, and now, the fat man Dong Zhuo was being overwhelmed by none other than his old time rivals. Only one man continued to fight like a lion from the rebels, but now his impetus was not for some tyrannical regime grasping onto its dying embers. This lion fought for his pride, for to be known still as the greatest warrior in the land. As a commander he failed miserably, his troops were scattered, slain by their own enthusiasm and blind dedication. Now they would forever wander blind through the valleys of death, amongst the thousands that fell today. But the one still continues - Lu Bu would not fall today. The warrior faced his greatest challenge yet, a man named Sun Yuan Ci, who’s valiant efforts turned the tide of the battle on the shoreline. Now he would hope to down the greatest warrior in the land, and claim the title for himself. 5 Brave warriors had already faced off against Lu Bu on the beach, and their brave efforts kept the burning flame of the alliance alive. With the battle coming to a close, would this flame be extinguished? Little would know, but to these two men now, the flames their cared about were their own. Perhaps every man here today fought for their own corners, their own flames, so that they could burn brightly in the dawn of a new chaos. Time would dictate the fates of the others - sharpened blades now swung to call upon the Gods attention in this present battle. The eloquence and skill of Sun Yuan Ci was equally matched by his own brute strength, Lu Bu could tell this from the man’s initial attack, and his deft manoeuvres that now follow. Bu had to think fast to halt the slice at his legs, and then defend the even deadlier swipe to his chest. In an instant, his colossal halberd had now pulled back to his chest after pre-empting the failed attack. The haft of the weapon then slid through his grip, so that the butt of the weapon impaled the floor, and stood vertical as a pillar protecting the man; Bu’s grip once again tightened. This would stop the leg swipe in its tracks. At this point, Lu Bu’s dug in heels pressed hard off the ground, launching the man to his left, away from Sun Yuan Ci, lifted with extra power by pressing off against the haft of his halberd. His opponents chest swing lunged out, and was met by the striking edge of Bu’s instrument of death. The two weapons would lock together due to their intricate nature, if not smash due to the force of the impact. With Lu Bu’s greater weight and power shifting away from Sun Yuan Ci, and the blades locked with one another in a deadly dance, Zhuo’s general tugged fiercely upon his own weapon, bringing it towards himself, hoping to completely disarm his opponent. Shockwaves continued to boom out after every move these men made, every grunt and growl a sign of their undying zeal to be the best. Bu however realised that he could not stay much longer to fight this man; he would risk capture, a fate far worse than death for a natural born soldier. *Lu Bu and Sun Yuan Ci fight on! Lu Bu's troops have scattered, save a few remaining elites!*

The battle was all but over as rebel soldiers were getting cut down while fleeing from the field. They had crumbled after many of their leaders had been slain or captured but more so because of the elite soldiers and officers of the allied army. Truly, how could Dong Zhuo have thought victory possible against so many talented heroes? He had the numbers and defensive position, so it did seem like there was a chance to push back the alliance. However, the strength within men/women along with their unmatched skills could overcome any troop deficit. The allies won because of their gererals. An arrow, shot by Qu Yi, was sailing through the air as did many others by supposed top notch archers earlier in the battle. They were labeled such in their own minds, but could only truly be the best if able to perform under pressure or when it counted most. It seemed Yi was in fact such a man. However, just because his arrow would strike true does not mean it hit its intended target! "Gwaaaaa!" the emperor yelled out as the arrow pierced his left ass cheek. Qu Yi was aiming for the horse, but Dong Zhuo's butt was so bit it hung over on each side of the saddle creating a sort of armor for the steed! You heard it here first........yes, ass armor! Even though Zhuo was hit, he still thought the allies were not going to catch him as his elites were offereing their bodies to hell for the emperor to escape. Unfortunately, for him, the man who had just missed a near assassination attempt was back! The bizarre thing was, he was flying toward the air like an ancient Chinese super hero! O.o was the expression on Dong Zhuo's face when he slowly looked to the right and could see eye to eye with Yuan Benchu! It was almost as if he was just dreaming it, but when a hand grabbed him it became all too real. Zhuo squirmed a bit, trying to get Benchu out of his personal space. After all, he was pulling on an expensive imperial robe which was sent out to Zhang He's Butterfly Sails and Nails store to be embroidered right before the battle! Not only could you order a nice, pretty, sail for you boat but you could get custom clothing and also your nails done while you wait! Yuan Shao had lost some of his strong grip on the emperor's Dong but still hung on by the horses saddle and armor. The beast was from an elite soldier making it more armored and of better standards then the norm. An obvious trait was strength as the steed pushed on carrying two men upon it, one being the weight of around three himself! Dong Zhuo looked down to Benchu and was still in shock that he was clinging on to his horse, slowing him down. His eyes caught that of his enemy and Shao almost seemed to say: "Shake and Bake! Yes, THAT JUST happened!" A big size 18 shoe was about to pancake Yuan Shao's face as the emperor lined up to send him flying. He would stomp on the enemy's face like he had been taught recently in dance classes by Diao Chan. She taught him how to dance, inside the palace of Luo Yang, but unfortunately met an early demise as Dong Zhuo fell over and crushed her during a practice performance! Zhuo tripped over a pieces of a butterfinger, that fell from his pocket and that was the end of it. Well the dance and Diao Chan, that is. Hell, he picked up the Butterfinger and finished it off! "Bye bye now!" he yelled, almost as if from Texas. However, just before booting Benchu the emperor noticed someone approaching from the rear. It was Zhang Jiao!? He was supposed to be dead, though Zhuo knew his initial attempt at assassinating him had failed. Jiao's brothers had stormed the palace with Turban soldiers to break the mage free at the last possible moment. Still, he thought that his men had caught and finished him as there was no way out of the heavily guarded capital. "What the!?"A swift smack, from Jiao's staff, caught the back of the Fat Man's head as the mage rode up quickly from behind. It seems the heaven's were aiding him, on this day, as his horse had moved akin to the Red Hare during pursuit! Dong Zhuo reached up and grabbed his head where he was hit. Looking at his hand he could see blood and his vision started to fade in and out, for a brief moment. It was all the time needed for Yuan Shao to pull the emperor from his saddle! A huge earthquake shook the ground as the big man crashed down from his fall. He rolled around on the ground, like a big moving bisquit, and started to cry! Hitting the ground with his two fists in succession he cursed the allies and their anti-gravity moves as well as circus horse riding tecniques! Dong Zhuo has been captured by Yuan Shao and Zhang Jiao! Any hopes at victory, even for Lu Bu, have now been dashed! The battle is in its final moments!

The ground shook, random cries of victory rang out over the carnage, and there was Wei Yan staring down a man a bit bigger than himself. A spear and shield gleemed with blood, as did the battle-ax of Yan. The two took no longer than a few seconds to look each other over before rushing into action. A spear stab was dodged and caught within two steps, and then the axe bit through the wooden shaft like it was never there. The man stood in awe a bit too long as the axe came around and caught him by the temple.
Finally, Wei Yan noticed why things seemed so different. The flags of defeat were popping up all over the enemy ranks. Then a soldier rang out.
"Dong Zhuo's been captured!"
Everything stopped for a moment. Wei Yan was just froze in his thougths as his axe caught another spear thrust and sent the spear sailing with the recoil, before slamming the soldier to the ground and ending his life. Then it's over... We have won..., was the first thought that came to his mind. He felt almost lost now, without a battle to prepare for or a day to win.
"Alright! No one escapes today! Slaughter them! They came looking for blood, so they damn well will get it!" roared Wei Yan, forcing away his lost thoughts. The men answered the same way they always did.
"For Glory!" they roared and a group of spears thrust into their opposing enemy almost in perfect unison. Lu Rai had stopped almost completely and was looking around at the breaking enemy lines and the shattered morale. But, he shook away all thoughts and returned to the task at hand.
With his short sword and shield in hand, the proud Lu Rai flung himself into a group of fleeing enemies. A shield bash took one to the ground, another lost breath to Rai's short sword, then one dared defend agianst the warrior. His sword was caught by some coward's spear and flung back, so Rai went with the motion and slammed his shield like an axe into the man's jaw. Everything grew black after that for the man.
Wei Yan didn't have the certain finesse that Lu Rai did, he buried his axe into a man's shield and promptly ripped it down along with the man's arm. Once the man was down, he just dug a boot into the man's throat as he slammed his axe into the back of another man. Both were dead almost instantly, and Yan was still on the war path. Seizing one man by the wrist, Yan shattered his hope of every carrying a spear again and took the man's spear, gutting him instantly. A lancer gallopped by and lost his horse to the axe, than his life to a group of Phalanx.
With victory so close in their grasp, Wei Yan and Lu Rai had become men possessed, but with it achieved they were men destined for glory, and that my friend gave them a whole new will to fight!

"Ha ha ha!" laughed Zhang He as Dong Zhuo fell from his horse, "Beautiful, my lord!"
"Hey, it was my arrow that gave him a handhold," interjected Qu Yi, "I deserve a bit of credit."
"Hush, you," snapped Junyi as he skipped toward where Yuan Shao was binding Dong Zhuo, "My lord, that was a simply beautiful performance! They shall be singing of your exploits today for ages to come! And to think, you caught the rebel completely by yourself!"
"Your welcome!" shouted Qu Yi indignantly from some distance away. Rather than suck up to Yuan Shao, Qu Yi opted to continue the slaughter of Dong Zhuo's men. Let Junyi act enthralled by Yuan Shao's bravery. There was still a battle to finish. He leaped at a man as he tried to flee, knocking him down. "Kill any who resist or try to flee! If they wanna live, they gotta throw down their swords and get on their bellies!"
-Zhang He goes over to help Yuan Shao bind Dong Zhuo.
- As mentioned, Yuan Shao is binding Dong Zhuo. (Don't feel like actually rp'ing someone else's character. Lyle can fill in the details if he comes back in time.)
- Qu Yi continues to lead the army against Dong Zhuo's remaining men. Any who try to resist or escape are to be slain, while surrenders are accepted, but made fun of.

*Never before had Sun Yuan Ci felt sh a flow of adrenaline as he had now. Here, in this battle... this fight, he lived better then he ever had. How strange, that the moment of his life was also a daunting dance that could spell his death with any faulty move, any flaw in his defense, any stride taken too far in his offense. This being that Lu Bu was the deadliest man alive, the most fierce warrior to draw breath and wield blade. However, here he seemingly met a man who could at the very least stand on his level. Though Zhiyun was not nearly as strong as his opponent, he had swift maneuvers and the ability to dodge across the tight battlefield and make himself a tough opponent to put down.*
*These two warriors used every muscle in their body with each inch of movement they created. Sun Yuan Ci lowered himself to the ground, hovering the Crescent Spear above it slightly, as he slashed the blade across the ground aimed to dislodge limbs from Lu Bu's control. The warrior responded by forcefully smashing his mighty halberd to the ground, allowing the hooked blade below the spear of Zhiyun's weapon to clash against the thick shaft of the halberd, causing recoil, which Zhiyun used to recover his blade and bring it up to slash across Lu Bu's chest, who shifted placement of his spear to his right, properly halting the advance of Zhiyun's blade whilst also interlocking the Crescent Spear with his own halberd.*
*They both stopped for a moment, contemplating how to retrieve their own blades. Zhiyun began to feel heavy resistance, and Lu Bu started to tear at his polearm, forcing Zhiyun toward him. He pulled back, but knew that Lu Bu's strength was too far superior to his own, and that he would soon lose his spear. He timed his approach, as he would need to improvise in order to save his own life. Lu Bu garnered all his strength and pulled at his halberd, at that time Zhiyun released grip of the Crescent Spear, allowing Lu Bu to fall back somewhat due to the strength of his tug of the halberd. At that time, Zhiyun dipped down, lowering himself to the ground, and lunged forward, drawing the curved sword at his waist, brandishing it up toward Lu Bu, who now was confined to close quarters combat after Zhiyun had lunged toward him. By the time Lu Bu had recovered from his mighty feat to disarm his opponent, he'd see that same opponent with a sword raised to his neck.*
"Look at this battlefield, Fengxian. Look at the devastation we have caused, you and I. We are so alike, yet so different. What I would give to see a man of your strength, a warrior of your talent and reputation, following me to achieve my visions. Impossible... that would be. You and I both command skills with a blade possessed not by any others, but while I would use such talents to alter the shape of the land, you would use it to progress war further and further. Dong Zhuo is falling, why do you remain?"
((If you have any questions with what happened, which I'd assume you would, Alencon, PM me and I'll answer. This move, though, should be completely legit, but I apologize if I sort of forced it upon you. However, if you manage conjure up a way to counter it, then go ahead with that, and we'll continue fighting))

Bodies collapsed, lifeless and covered in blood; the smell of death now ran rampent and danced with the air across the fields before the main city of Luoyang. The Imperial Capital that was harboured so many divine figures: Emperor Ling, Shao, Xian, Empress He, Empress Lu Zhi and even the first Emperor of the Han. To think such a man as Dong Zhuo could aspire to that kind of level was within the depths of the black sky that was now lit by the shinning armour, as the moon looks on the horror that one man created. It was the actions of both Yuan Shao and Zhang Jiao, once great enemies, that now worked together to bring one man to his knees; Dong Zhuo. Now squirming on the ground, his garments becoming covered in mud; soon a circle would be formed around him all glaring at the Betrayer. But for now, it was Zhang Jiao, Yuan Shao and Gongsun Zan who had gained on the Great Teacher; these were the three men to decide the fate of this man.
Approaching Dong Zhuo, Jiao's visage was some what upset; the moon beams highlighting possible tears. "You! Look at the pain you have caused, the very life of the Heaven's dust you destroy with you, you greed!" The staff was raised into the air, ready to swipe down at the now vulnerable Dong Zhuo. Anger boiled within the Sage master, the aging fist that held the Staff tight began to shake dramatically; the strength within the shakes were of Heavens... The judgement he so ultimately wished for would now happen. "However, there is one thing you have done well. Bringing old enemies together, to create new friendships; stronger and seeing the path that you were dragging us down." Jiao's hand stopped shaking and the staff was pointed vertically to the Heavens. "Trying to kill a servant of Heaven for your gluttony, did it now show you when I lived? It was you who belong within the earth, the Heavens wish for my body to pass on the teachings of a peaceful world... One without men like you!" It was going to be soon that the staff would come plumetting down onto Dong Zhuo's head, making a final blow to this havoc.
"I can not bring your life to an end, it is not me who should. You caused the people pain, I out weigh them; they are the path, the children of the Heavens." The staff slowly came down as Jiao's anger vanished, he was going to let Dong Zhuo live?! The compassion he had knew no bounds, to even consider letting a traitor and even near-murderer to let him live out his days on the land. "Your fate shall not be decided by me, but by these men.." Moving the Sage master gestured to all that stand together under tha Allied banner. "He Jin, Lu Zhi, Yuan Shao, Gongsun Zan, Zhang Fei, Liu Bei, Guan Yu, Zhang He, Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan... All of them.. They will see to what they feel you deserve." Looking to the Heavenly Hand unit the Great Teacher bowed his head to them, finally glad this is all over.
"Children! Let us return home to be with your families, the Heaven's judgement has been made; we have created bongs that would seem impossible. Our home now is Yun Nan, there a new life for the Heavenly Hand shall be; helping our dear friends and helping the people live, in peace." As if this didn't happen, the Great teacher mounted his horse and looked to the generals before him... Yuan Shao. "Great Noble, the fate of this man lays upon yours and Lord Gongsun's minds. I hope you gain great fortune from the Heavens." Nodding his glance turned to Gongsun Zan, seemingly the northern Warlord was a new friend. "Celestial friend, gratitude is a word to far from what I feel for the help you gave; I only hope the Heavens pass to you the longevity and luck you deserve." Turning Zhang Jiao now began to slowly take his leave of this battelfield, he wished to return to Yun nan... The troops wanted to be home with their child, their wives and their family... All Zhang Jiao wanted?.. For Bao and Liang to be alive, for them to be in good health; such is the biggest search of Jiao's life.
But now, to Yun Nan and help the Heavenly Hand walk their path...

The screams were now fading, going distant, dull, dim. Few were left now to let their last breath be one of anguish; the ones who were lucky enough to still have their lives took them away from this battlefield with what haste they could, exhaustion setting in after several hours of gruelling battle. These men were the pawns of a battlefield, the ones commanded not by an overbearing figurehead, but by sins, beliefs, and ideas. They went not to battle because they wanted to, but because necessity forced it upon them, as an instinct of survival. Both for the two warriors squaring off at each other near the centre of the battlefield, in an arena of slain brethren, their impetus was one of self glory. Then it happened, with a mighty tug of his own halberd, Lu Bu released Sun Yuan Ci’s crescent spear from the man’s grasp, sending it hurtling across the battlefield, as if casting out a fishing line; the spear however, would not return. Hurtling some several dozen feet through the air due to Lu Bu’s mighty swing, the crescent spear tumbled across the dirt ridden floor, before finally coming to a rest at the side of a deceased soldier. There it would rest, and now Fengxian would slay his opponent almost faster than it took for the challenge to be issued. The warrior cackled, turning his body back to face his opponent, only to frown and gasp in shock at the sight before him. “Agh!..” Lu Bu’s piercing eyes cast down to the sharpened blade hugging his neckline. The warriors frown knitted together tighter, and his posture changed, slowly, so that he was standing straight, his halberd held down by his side in his left hand, squeezed tightly by his mighty hands. Then Sun Yuan Ci began to talk, and Fengxian listened carefully - he had been outsmarted by this dastardly move, this was for certain, and while he was no wordsmith, the battle was far from over. Narrowing his eyes, Zhuo’s greatest general gaze his response, a slight smirk crossing his lips. “I follow that fat imbecile Dong Zhuo in the hopes of finding greater challenges, greater contenders to my strength. War is all men like us live for, warrior; without it you are NOTHING! You would have no glory unless you had carved it out with your own blade!” Fengxian then spat on the floor, as if disgusted by the insinuations made by Sun Yuan Ci. Despite his anger and his own pride, Zhuo’s finest general was impressed. He had not fought one like this in a long while. They were lions at heart, they both knew this; appealing to this was Lu Bu’s greatest chance of survival here. “Roar for me, fellow tiger! Fight me like a man, and claim your glory!” A wicked laugh escaped the grin of Lu Bu, who’s powerful voice boomed out into the open air. He then tossed aside his halberd, letting it land with a large thud in the dirt. Still hugging his hips was a sword of his own, there loyally, to be called upon when needed. His gaze no longer stared somewhat grimly at the blade to his neck - now they pierced forward, into the eyes of Sun Yuan Ci, and towards the mans primal emotions. Bu was prepared for the very worst, his heels slightly dug into the ground; but now he hoped to make the fight worthwhile.

Cutting through the enemy rank and joining a few allied generals to capture and kill Guo Si, well it was something. It appeared to the one eye'd general that the enemy was in retreat, so he began drawing in his men into a box formation.
"Men, it was a fine pleasure fighting along side you today. I now see...... your ca...... ders."
It was not long before even the cloest soilders could not hear everything Xiahou Dun said, and could only pick up some parts of some words. He was scilenced by the deafning roar of soilders around him. Xiahou Dun moved to the edge of his unit and began asking around, apparently Dong Zhou had been captured, which pretty much made the battle over. Excluding of corse Lu Bu, who would continue fighting even if just for himself but he hadn't been as active in this one, a little more asking around and Dun found he had been and was still being held in check by one general.
Once that was finished it was totally over, He Jin would probably come up and file sentence on Dong Zhou and then men like Li Ru and Wang Yun would be hunted down. Then the generals and lords would return home and there own individual ambitions would begin to blossom.

Yuan Shao held Zhuo down, who had nearly passed out from his fall. Shao gave a laugh, realizing what he'd just done. Before he could speak however he noticed the Turban, and began to get ready to kill the former Han enemy, and then it would be off with Zhuo. Yet another appeared, a man who Benchu was familiar with, yet not happy to see. Gongsun Zan..
The turban spoke, wise as always. Shao drew his sword and put it upon Zhuo's neck, the fat man whelped a bit and Shao took his sword high and smashed it into the fat mans side, it cut slowly and blood slowly began to flow. Shao laughed, but realizing he was ahead of himself, he replied to the turban who was nearly gone already, "Pay for your crimes you may just one day, Jiao, but my blade shall do you no harm!"
Next Zhang He appeared and began to praise Shao, it was a pleasant sight. He smiled at his young soldier and then, still holding Zhou down, quickly spoke with his eyes just quickly gazing over to the south. "Find me a horse and some rope, make sure the enemy realizes their situation. I will drag Zhuo to He Jin myself, you already know what will happen then, young He. You've done well... but you were not alone.. the woman with you. I want to speak with her before this day is over with." Shao grimaced as he laughed at Zhuo; his pains were getting to him, but seen Zhuo like this made him smile.
He laughed again and spoke calmly, "Did you see how much air I got? Barrel roll, son. You put up a good fight Zhuo, but you should have seen this coming. Do not worry, I won't let them torture you."
Shao's men pushed up the field to aid their commander as the enemy lines broke.
After recieving what he requested, Yuan Shao would tie Zhou up, his hands behind his back, though they could barely reach -- the f**king sausages they were. Next he tied the rope around Zhou's body and then his new horse. Moments later he was riding towards He Jin, carrying what looked like to be a boulder behind him.
He would bring Zhuo before He Jin and keep the man on his knees and still in Shao's firm grasp, where he would stay until his life was over. Shao waited for He Jin to speak, smiling at his previous rival.

His wound had already stop bleeding. His men were surrounding him encase of a desperate attack on him. But there was no need Dong Zhou had been captured the allies banners were held up high. Liu Bei killed a member of the army and he was happy about it well not about the last ditch attack by Hua Xiong. It caught him off guard but it wasnt that serious he could keep going the enemy troops were depleted and whatever was left were roving attacks that probably havent heard that Dong Zhou had been captured. He pushed his arm forwards and started to walk.
''Men, there is someone i want to thank. Follow me.''
They did as they were told. These elites were brave and loyal that had one last thing to do though. They stopped walking.
''Lord Liu Bei, Wait! We want to thank you for the courage you have shown us. Your virtue is a sight to behold thank you for letting us serve under you.''
Liu Bei turned around and he had a smile on his face. He was happy because they were he trust was not gone. They probably would serve him till death as Liu Bei would do the same. He turned back and kept walking. It was a little bit of a trek as they saw He She It's body rotting. They were nearly at the destination when Liu Bei raised his hand to order them to stop walking. He walked a little further to were he wanted to go and it was to the great teacher.
''Zhang Jiao, You are a inspiration to my men and myself. Your courage is mind boggling. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart.''
Liu Bei needed to thank him for when he scattered Hua Xiongs troops. By going through the middle which put him in a predicament allowing Liu Bei to slice his head. He stood two meters away awaiting his response.
