Hua Xiong cut down another allied soldier, removing the sword arm and then slashing his blade across the throat. Blood spattered all over his armor and nearby rebel soldiers who were currently standing their ground against the much stronger allied elites. Had Xiong himself had such men, there would be nothing or no one that could stop him! The combat had seemed frantic, shortly after the initial charge as bodies started to pile up and movement was minimized so close to the enemy. However, after only a few moments of pure slaughter, the lines seemed to draw themselves again across the western side of the battlefield. Rebel spear and shield troops jabbed forward, followed by raising their defensive protection during the retaliation. Few men fell during this phase as heated one on one fighting broke out, but the allied elites had the upperhand. That was, until Hua Xiong started to annihilate them single-handedly! Liu Bei and his elites had moved forward from the allied lines, fighting their way through the hordes of rebels rushing toward them. His brother, Zhang Fei, had also pushed forward after the call to charge and all that remained was Guan Yu to join them. However, they were heading right for Hua Xiong's army and the general was already dismounted, slaying any ally that dared approach. Twin swords gleamed in the new day's sun, cleaving pieces of Human flesh this way and that as Zhuo's second most powerful warrior was dispatching the enemy one by one. A swift kick forward, sent an allied elite reeling backwards before a spear thrust from a rebel soldier ran him through. Xiong caught a sword strike between his two blades and the enemy weapon was only inches from his face. However, he pushed hard against the weaker man and both faced off again. This time, it would not last as Xiong swung his right blade with massive force. The enemy soldier tried to deflect, but the blow sent his weapon to the side and Xiong was already coming around with a spinning attack! His left sword trimmed the head of his foe and soon the lifeless body fell to the earth. The general kicked the severed head toward Liu Bei and stared the Imperial Uncle down with nothing but contempt. He was puny and looked something akin to an elf with big ears and funny looking clothes. Xiong would enjoy slaying him and then his brothers, one by one. He walked forward slowly, as the battle was still fast paced around him, and raised his right blade to deflect a strike while stabbing an enemy through the abdomen with the left. He ripped the blade out and continued on as if not even phased by the attack. "You there, weakling of the Han! Face the mighty Hua Xiong if you dare!" he barked out, flailing his twin swords around like a master of weaponry. Liu Bei's elites stood strong and they were not scared, but neither were the Zhuo veteran spears who had seen many a battle themselves. Both lines were formed up as if ready to move in for round 2. All around them, the other officers and soldiers continued the fight. However, on the allied left, rebel right, there was a showdown! Hua Xiong yelled out to his men and they charged forward again, climbing over dead bodies to reach their foes. One man leaped from a fallen ally's body, thinking he was a Dynasty Warrior, but he was impaled by the enemy and killed immediately. It did not pay to be a hero, especially if one was not capable of becoming one. The dragon of Zhuo's army was about to slice Liu Bei apart when the big man, killer of He She It, road forward with cavalry. Zhang Fei had arrived, but his choice of soldiers could not have been worse! The rebels had spear and shield, able to not only halt such enemy soldiers but also tear them apart at the seams! Hua Xiong is going on a killing spree and has challenged Liu Bei to combat! His men are encouraged by his bold words and unmatched skill on the rebel's eastern flank! Zhang Fei, if he interfered, would be cut down as well!
The rest of Xiong's infantry are engaging Gongsun Zan and Zhang Jiao. Anyone closer toward the center is facing either Wang Yun or Dong Zhuo.******************** Wang Yun's men pushed forward as he watched from behind the lines. He was too old and frail to be giving battle, though he did have a sword by his side if absolutely necessary. The spear and shield veterans were fighting well against the allied elites with their combination of weaponry and defensive protection. They wore medium armor and were well disiplined, but not much in comparison to the heavily armored allies who also brandished top notch weaponry. Still, Yun would be there to inspire his men or act as the messenger of death in the name of Dong Zhuo. As long as Yun had his eyes on the men, they knew that the Fat Man would be informed of what was happening. "Push them back, you worthless dogs!" he yelled, not so much to inspire but more so because he stared to panic. From deep within the chaos, an allied general could be seen making progress against Yun's spears and that did not sit well with the elder. The warrior was none other than Lu Meng, and the sight of such a man made rebel morale shutter momentarily. Still, they would hold strong against the onslaught of Meng and his elites. Wang Yun is beginning to panic! However, knowing of the consequences should he flee, he stands his ground! Lu Meng has appeared near his men and they are frightened!
Zhang Ren and Norion both are engaging either Dong's men or Wang Yuns.******************** Dong Zhuo, sitting up high with a grand view of the epic battle, noticed his left flank coming under heavy attack by the allied soldiers under Ji-Huang Liang. His fat face bunched up, with more rolls than a bakery, and he yelled out in anger at how weak his men were. It was either that or the allied army's superior tactics were shining through. Now, Zhuo had wished he had listened to Li Ru who had multiple traps and flanking maneuvers planned. "You! Kill that bastard and bring me his head!" the Big Dong called out, directly to Liu Pi who was at the head of a unit of elite cavalry to his right. Not only was Pi ordered to move out and engage, another 100 elite horses were called off and began to move across the battle diagonally toward the allied east, rebel west. The thunderous pounding of hooves could be heard by Huang Liang and his men as the cavalry blazed across the open plains. It was unlikely they would be able to react due to heated combat, but they had to try and not get pincered themselves! The irony, indeed. Dong Zhuo was pissed, but he had no general near him to yell at. Therefore, he ordered a soldier to come forward and he stabbed him right through his face! "Get me some more wine!"The blood soaked blade was taken away to be polished as more wine was carted in, by the barrels. If Dong Zhuo was to watch a great battle, he wanted to have a killer buzz going. Hopefully though, he would not be too drunk to defend himself if the unlikely event, of the allies breaking through, ocurred. Dong Zhuo orders Li Pi with 100 elite lancers along with another group of 100 to engage Li-Huang Liang during his nicely planned pincer!
The center lines clash with Yuan Shao, Zhang He, Xifeng, and others! However, Dong Zhuo is to the north away from battle!

As the two sides collided, spears were hurled and thrusted into the bodies of both the Heavenly Hand and Baima Cavalry; both working together to try and defeat the enemy. Fighting on the two never gave up, only for a spear to head towards the Sage Master. "Lord Zhang!" Gong Ce could not do anything, being part of the rear of the unit; luckily for Jiao it was his former enemy Gongsun Zan to have the spear plumet into another direction. Looking to his left Jiao layed his eyes on his new friend and with a smile took head of his words. "You're right Lord Gongsun!" Looking to his unit, the great teacher closened himself to Gonsun; he knew that he was not the most strongest of men and felt working in close proximity would benefit them both. The Heavenly Hand finally made contact with the enemy, Gong Ce was now at Jiao's side fighting away the sharp blades; as Zhang Jiao's staff merely cut and knocked out the enemy, his swipes not being enough to kill. "Children! Do not treat the foe as fools, use the Heavens strength to over-whelm them!" Glancing to Gongsun Zan the Heavenly Hand leader bowed his head to him with a childish smile, Jiao was beginning to fill with adrenaline; two veterans of the land using their knowledge to attack Hua Xiong's unit. Fortunately for them Hua Xiong himself was advancing on Liu Bei, however, a foolish move as both Guan Yu and Zhang Fei were by his side. "Lord Gongsun, Hua Xiong has split from his main unit, this has given us an opening!" Swipe after swipe the Sage master was hitting at the enemy, finally remembering that tied to his belt was a Jian; though flexible it would do more damage than his staff. Quickly unsheathing the blade Jiao was now able to penetrate the enemy troops and would use the staff for parrying and defence.

ThemeThe battle raged on, roars of men and whinnys of horses heard all around. The dying crys of men fell upon deaf ears as The Beautiful Devil and her men continued to press in from the side of the center lines. From atop their war steeds, they held a greater advantage than those of foot. All they had to do was get rid of those bothersome shields ... which was proving easier and easier as the peons paniced when they realiced they were being boxed in by the three opposing squadrons.
The sense of battle acted like some kind of high, and fuled the forces not only behind the woman' s Veterans, but herself as well. With a mighty swing of Demon's Claw, she crushed another foe, leaving him to either be pulled off of the battlefield by his comrades or to be trampled underfoot. It was looking like the latter, at this rate. Her line was slowly stepping foward, which in this case was moving to the Right (Allies) side of the playing field ... Which meant straing through the soldiers. That was what she wanted, and with three forces attacking the center at once... they could make quick work of them.
She laughed, the manner somewhat scary, true ... But a pure musical laugh that echoed throught her ranks. Indeed it was like the siren's song, calling the hapless enemy to their death! "Zhang He!!!" The woman called out to the man, "Shall we meet in the middle?" If he responded or not was inconsaquental, but still her men roared at the prospect of routing the enemy so soon. She had to admit, very much did sound like a good idea.
As she spoke, a man set his eyes on Xifeng as the target. With a yell, the small band enemy soldier rushed at her, hoping to catch this female warrior off guard. Foolish! The woman turned in her saddle, dropping the regins of her horse and extending her weapon to it's full and mighty length. The gold caught the sunlight, shining directly into the eyes of some attackers and throwing them off, making them veer a bit into their charging comrades. This caused them to slow and try and sort themselves out, but Yue was not about to let them get away that easily!
With one swift motion, she stabbed a man through the chest, piercing this armor and sinking the first blade of her weapon all the way threw him. With that, shegave a mighty heave of her weapon, throwing the dead solder into the ranks of the enemy and causing a sort of comotion. For the rest, she swiped one man's head clean off, the others met a similar face, sent to their early grave by the woman with Demon Eyes. Xifeng continues to assult the Center Force, closing in with her men! She's also WTFPWNED about 14-odd soldiers by this point!

ThemeGongsun cut down another enemy, the man's blood exploding everywhere. Zan's eyes focused, as he listened to the Holy man's words.
He nodded solemnly.
And he sprung into action. Cutting left and right with his sword, his spear in his right hand holding off enemies, he worked his way back towards his men. He gave a shout, and his men immediately cut towards Hua Xiong's unit, hoping to seal him off from his men, and give Bei and the three brothers a fighting chance.
However, Zan moved quickly back to Zhang Jiao, leaving Guan Shao to tend to the cavalry. With Jiao, he hoped to keep him safe, and reap the benefits of a solid relationship later down the line."Stay alive Jiao! We can't have a holy man die on the field of battle today! ha ha!"Elsewhere...
Guan Shao was the newly promoted captain of Zan's cavalry force. He held a spear now, and felt out of place. So, instead of leading on the frontlines, he lead from behind.
The phalanx pushed forwards, and pushed the enemy away from Hua Xiong. The cavalry men, 50 strong, rushed towards the opening left by the Phalanx and crashed into the enemy there, rolling them over. Zan's men needed to keep moving, and their ability to hold both shield and spear was perfect. They fought by running down the frontlines and then retreating a bit, before running them down again.
The Phalanx, made up of dismounted men, began working their way, stabbing forwards while covering under shields in the retributary attacks. Shao gave a shout of encouragement, and wondered where Gongsun was....Guan Shao has come into command of the cavalry and Phalanx forces!
Gongsun Zan is fighting back to back with Zhang Jiao!

Yuan Shao's united hacked and hacked away like this was their final moment. Unfortunately it might just be, as now they were fifteen minutes into the fighting and there was no clear end in sight. More and more troops swayed around and the line became weaker, but the enemy's armour and shields were a fine enough deterrent on their own. Never the less, the cavalry was still mounted for the most part and all infantry were fighting in unison, watching each others backs and of course their commanders.
Shao let out a sigh as he was again thrust into an uneven combat. It didn't have to be like this however, he could be behind his men and commanding them. Yet it was his choice to lead by example, and in his own right he was doing a fine job. With a hard thrust he took a mans composure from him and slit his throat with his other sword. Someone shoved him next and he swiveled around on the ground, only to again be protected by one of his men. The same man however took a spear to the back after shouting for his lord to carry on, all in all it was a spectacle. Sighing no more the confident commander drew in his wits and unleashed his blade upon the opposes. His rage carried on until he heard an unfamiliar noise amidst the chaos that had found its way deep within his skull. A horse rallied in his head, or...
Shao gazed around until he found a lone rider who looked rather imposing with a tall lance and a sharp helm. Perfect, he would ride his cavalry out and break these lines, he would clear the way and meat with the armies around the enemy lines, or just in fact utterly destroy that menace that waited for him. Before he got ahead of himself, he called out to the man and then with a quick leap told his men to follow him. With a rally the troops pushed forward and watched as their commander began to fight the enemy horseman.
Yuan drew his sword high as the large wooden lance came down upon him and quickly the mongol was reminded of the pain in his hand. And oh, it hurt so bad. Thankfully he only grimaced for a second, but even still his opponent was not done. He withdrew his lance and then used it to Knock Shao down, his next move surely was to impale the allied general. Nothing was that easy however as the Yuan released his other sword and used his left hand to grasp the large arm; quickly he followed it up with a his sword and shattered the object. His fatigue began to sink in as he for the third, fourth (who's counting?) time now hopped up and drew forth his weapon in spite. His opponent squealed in pain as his flesh was ripped from his rib cage and then a wave of fear shot up his spine as he realized his raggedy looking opponent wasn't done. More fatigue began to sink into Shao as he drew the captain from his steed and then pushed his blade into the mans throat; it was unpleasant what happened next, the man began to gargle as his the blood in his throat spat forth upon the blade which freed it. The blow hadn't been strong enough and now he was deemed to flail like poultry and drown from in his own cocktail of sweat, spit and blood.
Painful was battle, Shao saddled up as his units rounded the sides and charged forward with an anew sense of reckless abandonment.

In-Battle Post [/center] Over the din of the fighting, Zhang He heard Xifeng’s call. He was about to reply when a spear thrust at him from the side. He fell backward into a crab position, balancing on his claws, and kneed the spear up. As the weapon’s owner struggled to regain control of it, Junyi pushed himself upright and lazily sent a claw to the man’s face. He shrieked and fell back, only to be cut down by one of Junyi’s men. That matter being settled, Junyi responded to Xifeng with a loud shout. “A splendid idea, my lady. I shall to see you there soon!” He called back to his men, parrying another errant strike and punishing the man with a severe raking. “Gentlemen, you heard the lady. Let us press onward and purge the field of these ugly brutes!” The men roared and pressed forward with renewed vigor. Junyi held his position as the men advanced, content to simply punish any who sought to dislodge him from his location until he men caught up. Once they did, he would press onward. He sighed as another soldier sought to attack him, only to run afoul of Junyi’s agility (and claws). Such unkempt brutes are no match for those possessing true beauty, he thought to himself, I shall give them a display like none they’ve ever seen!KO's: 30

(OOC, Again, hard for me to grab a computer with a reliable internet connection for this week. Though I am surviving)
"Hoorah!"
The yell of the men under Xing Cai and Gao Jin came simulaneously, the order was given. Within a instant, shields were raised. Spears brought to the front like a shielded prong of justice. The men latched their back right foots out, shields in the left hand, grasping the protection of heaven. Spears, raised to deliver the divine punishment to traitors. The armour of strength guarding their hearts of valour. Two lines, 100 elite men, one target.
"JUSTICE!!" Xing Cai yelled as the men charged forward, directly for Wang Yun's unit. What kind of strategic charge was this? It wasn't strategic, it was a fairly subtle charge. The shields brought up to protect against enemy fire, spears raised to impale any who dared challenge th will of justice. Xing Cai herself knew this was a glorius moment for any to behold, to be only age 17 and be partaking in a war that would be remembered for the ages. She would be joining those like Guan Y, Yuan Shao, Lu Bu, Zhang Fei among others in the mighy annals of history. Historians will tell dramatized stories of her valour, and women after her would look up to her with pure admiration.
Summary[/u]
- With a large yell, the 100 Elite Spear and Shieldsmen charged in two line of 50 straight for the unit of Wang Yun. - This charge had no strategic purpose, other than to decimate the enemy. - Shields were raised to defend against enemy archer fire. - Spears raised to impale the enemy with the charge

For Zhou Tai and his men, time seemed to slow down just a bit. As Zhou Tai brought his sword into stomachs and throats, his blood seemed to pump a little faster every time his blade ponctured skin. His arm seemed to move a little faster every time he broke bones. Every time he killed, he became more enraged. As soon as the Elite speat and shields of Xing Cai engaged with the troops of Wang Yun, Zhou Tai and Zei Fang led their troops between the gaps, cutting down those trying to break the shield and spear barrier, and those in their way.
Zhou Tai was the first of his unit to draw blood. As he seemed to slide between two spearmen, he brought his sword upwards through a man's solar plexus, and pushed him off with his right hand as his left ripped his blade out. Then, as he spun, he brought a diagonal slash across two seperate warriors, one getting his in the neck, and the other through the chest and their mediocre armor. Zei Fang began slamming and piercing faces with his might spear, and had bloodlust clouding his eyes. He wanted blood, and he intended on getting it.
He could see someone who looked important up ahead; good, he thought. There's no better place of an army to strike than it's head. "Come, men! We will strike this part of the beast at it's heart. Keep pressing forward! Give them no quarter!" he roared as he continued to cut soldiers down, stabbing on in the face and another getting a katana slammed under their shoulder.
*Zhou Tai: 5 K.O.s. Zhou Tai and his men are heading towards Wang Yun!*

The lines of men were crashing, and still no sign of a funnel from Sun Liao! With Lu Bu's army at his back, completely contempt with their target, the only true threat was Guo Si's unit. The unit that had been pincered by an unknown ally.
"Ji-Huang Liang, Yan. That's what he is called. Thank the heavens I pay attention." mocked Lu Rai as he shield bashed a man to the ground, another man in the line promptly spearing him in the throat. "Ji-Huang Liang? Yes, send him my thanks if I forget." replied Wei Yan as he dismounted a stray lancer with a stab straight into the lancer's armpit, throwing the man before the phalanx.
Yan was coming alive with an itchy feeling. Peons these opponents were, he wanted a challenge! Bring his spear around and onto his back, he brandished his battle axe and ripped it through an enemy spearman's shield, straight into the man's gut. It was a crunching sound, sickly in all ways, and Yan just smiled as he roared the man to the ground.
"Push forward! We make for Guo Si!" commanded Yan, and the soldiers replied justly. "For Glory!"
A fallen spearman's shield became Yan's as he mounted the enemy lancer's horse he had promptly stolen. Lu Rai looked up at him momentarily, before nodding and returning to his duties in the phalanx.
"Men! Hold the line! We break this beast overlord's claws on this day!" roared Wei Yan as he thundered off towards Guo Si's unit, more or less, Guo Si. Clad with stolen shield, his Boar's Tusk, and an elite's horse, Wei Yan was quite a sight. Riding, roaring, decapitating. The monsterous man was doing it all.
As he rode, his battle axe found home in the top of a spear's skull, then one's back, then another's chest. The warrior wasn't taking time to deal killing blows on purpse, he was just swinging for what was open and close. Once he was in sight of Guo Si, well, nearly breathing down the general's neck, he roared his challenge.
"You there! General Guo Si! Do you fear The Boar's gore? Face Wei Yan, The Ravager Of Courage!" boomed the mountain of a rider as his unit replied in the distance, Lu Rai ringing out above all others.
"For Glory!"
Heh... For Glory... Another line of men dead and the battle has barely left the womb of chaos, thought Wei Yan with a defiant smirk as he stared down Guo Si, dismounting for his horse and sending it away.

KO's: 27
Wei Yan's unit continue to push forward in their reverse funnel formation, nearly surrounding Guo Si! Wei Yan himself challenges Guo Si to a duel while Lu Rai has been left to lead the men.

Liu Bei had just ran through an enemy roving attack squad he was making good ground. Hopefully that idiot Hua Xiong would seperate from the main defense line and concentrate on Bei and his brothers. This is exactly what happen with him now Zhang Jiao had an opening to get through and tear through the enemy like it was planned. All of a sudden he heard Hua Xiongs shout to Liu Bei he thought to himself This man is doing everything that i wanted him to. It shouldnt take long to dispatch him. I can keep him occupied then Zhang Fei will cover me. But i want him for myself.Liu Bei's intentions were dead set on defeating Hua Xiong. A man known to be Zhou's 2nd most fierce general. Liu Bei knew what to do now.
So, you are Zhous 2nd best General? First place weakling more like it.
If he fell for this then he was truly a all might non thinker general. No one stupid enough would rally and attack towards a taunt like that. If he did then it would break away from his men then Liu Bei would have his head to present to He Jin when the battle is over. It shouldnt take long to defeat an easy opponent he was also overrated.
Liu Bei, Taunts Hua Xiong to break away from his unit. If needed wants Zhang Fei to support. K.O count : 22

*To the left, and to the right. In front and behind, a mass of soldiers surrounded Sun Yuan Ci. He maintained a low posture, mostly in a defensive stance, assaulting anyone to enter the circle he had fought his way into with a harsh thrust of the Crescent Spear. He had been in this situation for longer then he had planned. But then again, he had never planned abandoning horseback to dive into enemy lines, fighting these hundreds of soldiers off for as long as he did. But alas, Sun Yuan Ci had risen to the opportunities presented to him. At his feet lay bodies of men befallen by his blade; to many to count, in his had the Crescent Spear, and around him were still vast tides of men waiting for their chance to jump into the fight.*
*Three more entered. These men, Zhiyun could tell, were much more then common soldiers. By the look of royalty on their armor, the shining steel of their blades, and the confidence they held, Zhiyun could tell these men were of stature. Of high rank. The first one from the crowd was an elder soldier. Behind his wrinkled face hid a hawk’s eyes that had a history of decades of battle inscribed within. The second was much younger, in his thirties. He had a thin beard and bold eyebrows that formed a cocky expression across his face. The third soldier was just as young, but the look in his eye was one of praise, for this man he was about to fight was a man he idolized for such bravado featured this day.*
*The arrogant general made the first move, running forward to thrust his sword into Zhiyun, who stepped to the side and parried the thrust with his spear and prepared to strike into the chest of his opponent before the cocky warrior spun around and attacked again, nearly striking him on the neck. Zhiyun leapt backward and evaded the fatal attempt of victory. As he went backward the young warrior came at him and tried to slash Yuan Ci’s neck, wo barely evaded. Finally things were in Yuan Ci’s favor; the three enemies were facing him and none were at his back. After a moment of regaining their pose, the old man and the haughty general strode forward, both aiming their swords at Zhiyun’s heart. Holding his spear horizontally and high, he blocked the attacks and forced them downward, parrying both of his attackers and setting them off balance. His lowered spear was brought across the elder’s right shoulder and then across the other’s chest. Before he could drop in pain Sun Yuan Ci raised his spear up and thrust the pole into the veteran’s body, driving him to one knee. Pulling his spear free, the dying man’s head was jolted upward so he could stare into the mouth of the sky for one last instance. Slowly he leaned backward, being swallowed into the coming darkness that surrounded his once powerful body. Strength no longer existed in his trained shell; dropping his sword. Focus no longer grew from his mind; he closed his tired eyes. Life no longer ran through his veins; he fell to the ground.*
*Seeing their superior fall drove fear into the other two warriors' minds. The will to fight was being lost, but they had to fight for their dead master. One on each side, Zhiyun prepared himself for the attack by placing his spear onto his right shoulder and leaning forward slightly, toward the wounded elder soldier. Before they could move Sun Yuan Ci made the attack. Whipping the spear with great speed in front of him, he slashed across the one’s chest and brought the pointed weapon over his left shoulder and stabbed the advancing general behind him in the shoulder making him drop in pain to a knee. Never stopping, Zhiyun rushed his spear back to his front and cut the warrior’s neck. Turning upon one leg he followed through with the spear once again hitting the youth in his side and tearing through his body. Painfully he yelled out and dropped face first into the dust, blood finding it’s way to the cracks in the earth.*
*Sun Yuan Ci loosened up, allowing his spear to fall along with the fallen officer. Time had slowed down in his mind. He was seeing everything clearly. The last few moments flashed through in his eyes again, each move vivid in his head. No soldier dared to enter to fight the spearman, who had dispatched every man that wished to fight. From every lowly soldier to the three worthy opponents he had just faced. No sword, no spear, no mass of soldier could pierce him. Zhiyun drew his spear back, which was completely drenched in a cascade of crimson. He lowered his stance once more, allowing the final officer he slayed to fall to the ground. Never in his life had Zhiyun felt such a feeling of victory. It was then that he heard the words. He looked to the direction, in which he saw Lu Bu spitting his challenge out toward he spearman. He called Zhiyun out, and thrust his spear with enough force that Yuan Ci was pushed back from its force.*
*A smile formed around his face, and with a finesse spin, he ended his defensive stance and lunged his body in Lu Bu'sdirectionn. There were many soldiers between the two, but they did not matter. They were merestoness on a bridge, in which Zhiyun needed to cross. He broke out of his circle, slashing across the chests of two soldiers while charging ahead of a small group. Spinning around, he hacked one to the ground before violently unleashing a series of thrusts and diagonal swipes to individually kill each one of them. All the while running backward, he turned to face Lu Bu once more, who was growing closer and closer with each step. Holding his spear out, he sprinted ahead, hacking to his left and right on occasion to strike a soldier off to his side. When Lu Bu was withintwentyt feet, Zhiyun the made his first move.*
*A soldier swung at Yuan Ci's neck. The spearman vigilantly ducked, arising along with a spin, bringing the blade of his spear up with him to force the attacking soldier to fly back. As the soldier was sent airborne, Zhiyun joined him by thrusting his force forward, leaping above ground to engage Lu Bu. At his peak, he spun around, gathering momentum as he held out the Crescent Spear, forcefully bringing it down upon Lu Bu with the force of all his might along with his descent. With that, with Sun Yuan Ci's regaining of his footing after the attack, it had begun: The greatest fight China could possibly attain... the mighty Black Tiger that was Lu Bu crossing blades with the agile Spearman of Virtue named Sun Yuan Ci. None dared to interrupt, everyone that could see the two began to step back, knowing that between Lu Bu's legend and Zhiyun's display of skill, there was nothing they could do to prevent this fight. But perhaps they did not know exactly how tense a scene would develop before their very eyes.*

Sun Liao can see his enemies eyes, shields at the ready, spears protruding from their deadly wall they have made. Sun raises his spear and hurls it striking a soldier through the head, he then quickly unsheathes his sword and cuts the two men next to him, he continue hacking at the defending men, opening the front more and more as the elites charge through. Sun turns as his men fill the gap he made and he grabs his spear from the punctured skull of his enemy. He flips his spear around his head and strikes a man through the chest. Another flip and he stabs a man through the torso, quickly pulling back and stabbing yet again, this time through his chest. His men continue to push the line forward. He looks to his left seeing Wei Yan beginning some sort of funnel by moving Diagonal left. Sun continues hacking men down, another spear thrust takes care of a unsuspecting soldier. A quick turn to the right and a overhead swing handles another 3 men."Men follow suit, I see what Wei Yan is doing, put Guo Si in a wedge!" Suns men begin fight diagonally right when Ji-Huang Liangs men flank the enemy and nearly encircled them. Just then the sound of hooves across the plains are heard. Thunderous patter, never good, the allies were about to feel the charge of lancers slamming into allies and rebels alike. "Damnit, I dont have the spearmen to overcome them. I must help Ji-Huang Liang, but without the other side of the wedge Wei Yan's plan is worthless."Sun sighs, he knows what he must do, though it's practically suicide, they must not lose the flank to a cavalry charge. Sun looks to his men, but then Zhang Ce speaks up, "I need macemen to follow me, we must stop that cavalry charge."Sun nods to Zhang Ce and Ce motions to about 20 macemen to follow as he continues up the enemy force towards Ji-Huang's mens rear. Slicing his way through the field Ce slams an enemy soldier to the side with the blunt side of his polearm and his men beat the soldier to death. He then stabs another man through the throat as the enemy soldiers begin to thicken around him. He swings his spear and strikes down another two soldiers. "You will move out of my way, or I will move you out of the way with the blade of my spear!"The macemen continue bashing in skulls as they make there way to Ji-Huang Liangs flank. There Zhang Ce continues to fight the enemy men off with his spear as he has his mace men take formation. "We must block their charge until he can defend himself. 5 men group together and lay your shields out. Stay low, let them move around our shield wall. Then we will beat them down as they pass until Liang can defend his own rear. Men if this works we will be heroes! If we fail, martyrs, take your choice, but I prefer hero!"Ce turns towards the charge and takes his spot behind a group of macemen, he puts his spear out and awaits his fate. He will either be the hero of the right flank, or the tragedy of the battle. Meanwhile the Swordsmen and the remaining macemen had moved diagonally right with Sun Liao barking orders. He turns slicing a man down and he can see Zhang Ce make it to Liangs side. "He is brave, but suicidal, may the gods protect him."Sun notices men coming at him and he continues to slice his right leg off and flipping him on his back, then finishing him with a swift stab to the chest. A soldier swings his spear at Sun and he barely ducks below it, face practically to his knees as his springs up and stabs the man under his jaw. He quickly pulls it out and slices upwards at a soldiers face. "Guo Si, we have met before and last time you fled like the coward you are. Now where are you going to run? Back to Zhuo who will surely have your head for retreating? Your doom has quickly caught up to you. Prepare to die. Men Push Towards the center, we will meet with our allies when Guo Si is annihilated." Sun yells his taunt across the lines as he continues his almost perfected slashes and stabs bringing down rebel after rebel. Sun awaits his chance to finish his enemy Guo Si once and for all. This coward deserved no place on the battlefield, let alone a place in the new world that Sun envisioned.-Sun Liao completes the Wedge and begins to push towards the center towards Wei Yan - Zhang Ce goes on a nearly suicide mission to slow down the cavalry charge by using macemen practically as barriers to trip up the horses and hinder the charge, to save Ji-Huang Liangs flank. (Your welcome! lol You owe Zhang Ce for slowing down the cavalry before they hit you ) KillsSun Liao- 20 Zhang Ce- 15 (about to get owned)

Xiahou Dun continued letting his actions speak for him. Pouncing upon one of the men who he knocked over and stabed his scimitar through his neck. Upon pulling it back up he acutally cut another man's chest and has balde stopped when it sliced his jaw in half. Then he brought the weapon back to a more normal postion, on the way down he slashed another men and took off his wrist and his leg at the knee. Jumping back into the center of the circle he was creating blocking a spear thrust and forceing it outside of his body but his little hole was falling apart.
More troops were coming in from his left but a quick recognition of there approch and a feinted move saw them all stopping in there tracks except for one. Who after one quick parried spear thrust would have the last breath on this earth before the foreign metal object of Dun's weapon broke into his chest cavity and he fell over a bloodied mess.
His little whole was not much bigger than before but finally large enough that Dun was almost surronding himself, and his troops began flooding in. Just as he rushed one more soilder, striking his sheild before getting a free hand in there to knock it out of the fight all together letting him step in and leave his sword in his stomach. But before he could pull it back out some one was behind him. An enemy soilder might see the end of the one eye'd wonder of wei. But just as he was going to strike down the general, he himself was striken down from behind.
One of Xiahou Dun's soilders whom had just flooded into the opening his general created and arrived just in time to save him, but he looked rather short and definiatly young in the face.
"Wait... Aren't you..... Your father would."
But he was cut off as the young warriors pounced off on some other soilder of Dong Zhou, Dun also turned to see another challenger, whose slash was side stepped and took a hack to the shoulder that saw a stream of blood shoot off into the air.
Xiahou Dun is fighting to break through the ranks afore him which would apparently help Wei Yan surrond Guo Si Ko Count: 5 total:8

Ji-Huang Liang turned his head, swiping at the occasional soldier in the fight with his spear, but otherwise keeping well enough away from most of the battle, letting his Lieutenant deal with it. Just then, the roar of hundreds of horses, and the battlecrys of their masters. His eyes widened as he saw Guo Si and his calvalry charging right into his exposed flank.
"Shit...."
This was all he could say for the time, as he turned to his men, his mind racing, most of them oblivious to the danger and the slaughter about to hit their shores. He quickly turned his head, yelling loudly as his eyes glanced to reinforcements coming along the shore.
"WHEEL FORMATION! Infantry roll clockwise! Wheel into Wedge!"
His men began to roll clockwise, pulling away from the battle and locking their shields together, turning and beginning to form a haphazardly wedge, while simultaneously retreating.
"Acare!!" But his Lieutenant had already moved. He was already circling his troops around, his men readying themselves to help Sun Liao's troops defend, in fact, he had heard the attack coming for awhile now.
"..For a tactician Huang Liang...you're a bit...absent-minded..." He chuckled, looking back to his commander, twirling his spear as his men wheeled around back into ranks, attacking any stray soldier foolish enough to walk by. ___________________________________________ Ji-Huang Liang has forced his men into a wheel formation, rolling them clockwise in a shield wall, before bringing them into a retreating wedge! Sen Acare has already reformed his ranks, his men prepared to aid Zhang Ce as he covers their retreat! Sen Acare's men are still half-engaged in battle, killing any infantryman too idiotic to stray too close!! Sen Acare's Calvalry raise their Shields, Spears, and Lances, waiting for the order to re-begin the charge as Zhang Ce moves to block the enemy calvalry. The Calvalry in Ji-Huang Liang's Unit are inspired by Sen Acare's bravery and rank up on him, ready for the worst that Guo Si can throw at them! Ji-Huang Liang's infantry morale grows dismal during the retreat, but as a clear path presents itself their morale begins to rise at the sight, as well at the site of Lieutenant Sen Acare!
