Character Details
Name: Ji Huang Liang
A.K.A: The Dragon Strategist
Age: 20
Sex: Male
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 187 lbs.
Appearance: Ji-Huang Liang is a fairly young lad, only roughly twenty, maybe twenty one in age. His eyes are a deep, dark blue, and his hair is also a pale-ish dark blue, dyed, of course, to match. He stands with his body straightened and tall, looking over the battlefield from whatever vantage point he can find. He often is found standing towards the back of the battlefield, preferring to play Tactician and Leader rather than an up-close fighter.
Weapon 1: Spear of Seven Moons
The Spear is a traditional Chinese Spear, given to Ji-Huang Liang when he was a small boy as his father taught him the importance between normal close-range combat and extreme close-range combat. For the former, a spear can easily be used to fend back foes until help arrives, however, for the former, a good blade is required to defend oneself when a spear just won't help. It is a fairly simple spear with numerous engravings on the spear shaft that stand for the seven 'phases' of the Moon. The New Moon is not shown.
Weapon 2: Renkou-Tsurugi
This blade is of Japanese make and is used when his spear is inefficient or otherwise unfit for use, whether it has been lost from his grasp or if the tip is dull or broken, the 'Lightning Blade' as it is called in its literal meaning is used for swift, precise blows, rather than ones of strength.
Personality: Ji-Huang Liang is an unusually laid back man who has a talent when it comes to inspiring morale and courage in his allies. He is not a fighter, rather, a leader. He can inspire event he most lowly or cowardly of troops to stand against armies of greater strength or stamina, and win. His battle tactics are analytical and very unforgiving, setting his emotional desires aside for clear-cut tactical wins. Off the battlefield, Liang is a some-what social lad, seeming to feel incredibly comfortable along even the most ruthless of people, and tries his best to get along with them.
History: Ji-Huang Liang had grown up in a small town where he learned to study swordsmanship and forms of melee combat with his father, who was a soldier in the army of the Kingdom he was under. When his father went off to war, however, he spent five long years home alone with his baby sister, his wife had been taken by raiders years before and he hadn't seen her after his first birthday. He cared lovingly over his sister while studying war tactics, letting his skill in swordsmanship and melee combat dwindle for the larger ability to learn how to effectively control troops and portray his side of life, excelling in Tactics, Leadership, and various forms of Politics. When his father came back home he found not the boy who had he had left, but a man who was ready to leave, ready to found his destiny in life.
