The Commander's Arrival-The Apostate Treatise - BY SHEN HA, BRIAN
*All was silent in the old Han Capital. War was befalling upon them, that was immenant. But they had one thing to smile about. The Grand Commander was on his way. Inside, Shen Ha was glad Shu had betrayed any sense of their honor to side with Zen. For now, they were less worthy then a mere bottlefly. Their legacy of virtue had ended with Liu Bei's passing, and even the mighty Zhao Yun had his mind poised with old feuds and rivalries, therefore he was blinded. Zen were nothing but a group of incompetent traitors with alot of lapdogs to lose blood for them. There were only four men Shen Ha would be watching: Ryuu, Ba Zeng, Zhao Yun, and Luzien.*
*Shen Ha had been waiting for this moment, and entered the city with pride, followed by his own company. The main force would arrive with Cao Pi and Zhen Ji, and hopefully more generals. But first, he had to present his latest work. With one hand, he sliped out a document, a scroll. With his other hand, he slid down the scroll, thus opening The Apostate Treatise.*
"I present myself here today not only to rid the chaotic lands of the traitors of Zen and fools that side with them, Shu. I am here to address this document. I hold in my hand the Apostate Treatise. Within the bronze writing and the sapphire trim, states the crimes of Zen. Not only Zen, all who side with them. It reads as so:"
*Shen Ha hend the Apostate Treatise high in the air as he presented it. All officials of Luo Yang were present. Every soldier, injured, sick, or healthy were there to listen. Peasent or noble, it was safe to say Luo Yang was listening to Shen Ha. This speach would rattle the souls of all who sided with Zen, and forever mock them in the lands and in the afterlife. They would be scorn with the mark of Zen, one that is permanent, and one that cannot be forgiven. Shen Ha brought the Apostate Treatise out with two hands, one at either side, holding it within reading range. His lungs paused for a moment, his throat assembling the voice nessessary. Speaking loud, and proud, in a voice that could persuade the Battalions of the Gods to turn on their leaders, he began.*
"What are the crimes of the Kingdom of the Northwest? One might find them worthy of honor, while one might find them as cowards hiding behind a reputation long of the past. But that reputation no longer stands, as the land conquered by Lu Chen was conquered in the name of Wei. THIS... is their first crime.
"Who is Lu Chen to conquer the Liang province, and claim it as his? The land was Wei's. It belonged to King Cao Cao. When Cao Cao passed in the year 220, it belonged to his rightful heir. Cao Pi. Cao Pi breathes today, yet Liang is not his. Lu Chen portrayed the crime of betrayal before all of Wei, stealing the lands that belonged to Cao Pi. At that moment, he lost the title of Chen the Conquerer, and gained the title of Chen the Traitor.
"That aside, I bring about their second crime. Liang is a province stolen, and then it became a foundation for the Kingdom Zen. Kings do not make kingdoms from stolen land! When Lord Liu Bei took Xia Pi, he did not steal it. He took it in Master Tao Qian's passing. Lord Liu Bei did not steal his kinsman Liu Zhang's land of Yi. He bore arms against him, and won that rightfully. Why did Chen the Traitor not bare arms against Liang? He could not. He had not the power.
"The third crime is that of one for a kingdom, though Wei does not address them as one. Zen is incompetent. Their Lord is as foolish as they come. Their second in command, Haze. The claims to be an Empress. I ask: of what? She owns nothing. And that includes honor and ingenuity. I could be a better second in command, and I am the Commander of the army fighting them! I shall not stoop as low as to recite the events of Vash. We all know him, and his brother, and we all need no refreshment about them. Now ask yourself why there is so much betrayal in Zen.
"Now, on to different issues. These crimes against Zen are not only for those who serve or those who lead this rogue army. They are for all who side with them. Shu, established by Liu Bei. Once, they were a kingdom of virtue. The Five Tiger Generals were to be reckoned with, and indeed the entire kingdom was one of honor. Now, with the two new heirs, they side with Zen. Therefore, they are as guilty as the traitors. And Wu. Mere pirates led by a son who is less Sun Ce then a mirror image of Sun Jian. They can fight on a wooden ship, but we can fight battles. For betraying Wei, and siding with the traitors, they are more guilty then Shu.
"Do not think of this as a petty insult. I address Zen, Shu, and Wu. This is no petty insult, you are all scorned for eternity. And I am no scholor, I am but a warrior. And the foundation for this warrior: Hatred for the traitors."
*Shen Ha turned, repeating "I am no scholor" to the crowd, who were on their feet clapping and shouting. Never had their spirits been so high as now. They would go to their abodes and manors, and recite the Apostate Treatise, then re-write it. And with the copied document, they'd post it up at any spot in their room. Zen, if they took Luo Yang, would see tens of thousands of documents insulting them.*
*Shen Ha was proud to hear the commosion due to his literature. He hoped this would rival that of the Meng-de, though it would be impossible. But this event was one that would be written in books of history, and be taught generations later. That is what Shen Ha was proud of. Zen would be seen as the 'bad guys' in the future, and they were indeed that now.*

*The night air sat perched upon the shoulders of the young warrior who stalked the walls of the city which he never once left. He walked slowly, taking each step with a halt, looking out to the dark horizon under a white starlit sky. He came up to a rampart, and leaned forward to rest against it. He thought of his upbringing. His many years of brainwashing, in which he held audience with his father, look up with a wide smile at all the lies he was filled with. Forsaken was the Han for years. His father was a high ranking politic, and this young warriors life was merely to be a pawn at the will of the Han. He was a strong child who learned fast, and when he began to learn of martial arts and tactics of war, it was thought that the next great general of the Han was on his way.*
*But much happened to thrawt that. Perhaps he was too close with his father for too long. Perhaps he was not brainwashed enough by the time he was able to think for himself. The corruption was translecent, and Sun Zhiyun could see straight throuh it. It was odd, Zhiyun thought, how if he saw his own father he'd contemplate slaying him to save him from further damnation. While he once loved the man, he could not believe the makings of his deciet. When Dong Zhuo came on a rise, his father joined him for the sake of power. This is all what he heard, for Sun Yuan Ci had not talked to his father for years prior to the events of Dong Zhuo.*
*Zhiyun also had spent a long time away from the palace. He turned to look at it. As beautiful as it was, it was the fortress in which so much evil had arose. Somewhere within rested his father, and it was hard to imagine that the man was so close to him, but at the same time so far.*
*Zhiyun began to walk to his own cottage. It was located on the southern tip of the city, along the walls. However, he was met by a harsh gaze from a guard captain patrolling the streets as he approached his home. He met the captain's gaze, knowing that this man likely betrayed his honor in order to reach his rank. Nevertheless, he was smart enough to avoid trouble. Until trouble was unavoidable.*
"I bet you think you're something."
*Zhiyun stopped. He halted for a moment, before turning around to return his gaze at the man he passed.*
"Excuse me?"
"I know you. Look at you. If you're as great a fighter as you say they are, then why do you sit idle at the homefront in the middle of a battle?"
"It's funny you should say that, seeing as you sit as idle as I."
*The cocky smirk was washed from the captain's face, who called for a few guards to follow him as he approached Sun Yuan Ci closely. He stepped up to his face, as he took a deep breath and spit in Zhiyun's face. Sun waited a moment, before he responded.*
"Do not think that spitting in the face with honor shall restore you own. I have words I may say to you now, but that will get us nowhere."
*The captain said nothing. He created a fist, and threw an uppercut into Sun Yuan Ci's gut, who lost his breath and fell forward, where he was met by a straight throw of another fist. It was at that time that the guards swarmed iand took a series of swings at Sun Yuan Ci, who opted not to fight back. When they were done, Zhiyun was left bruised and bloodied. He retired to his home. The words lingered in his mind. Why did he sit idle? Perhaps there was no honor in fighting for Dong Zhuo's greed. But there would be in defeating him. With that thought, Zhiyun departed Luo Yang.*
BRIANS BACK, WOOOOOOOOOO
HES STILL GOT IT.
