With haste, Zhao Yun immediately bowed down. "Lord Liu Bei, I'm Zhao Yun Zilong. And I'm believe that we had met during the battle of Hu Lao Gate?" Zhao Yun immediately turn towards the ruler of Wu, Sun Jian. " Please forgive my ignorance about you, Lord Sun Jian. It is my honour to meet you in a person." Zhao Yun said as he saluted the Wu ruler.

To Sun Jian (Norion)
He took his offer with great thought, an alliance at this time and age would be invaluable to both Wu & Shu, what were his terms and conditions towards the alliance what would he want out of Shu? ‘’Master Sun Jian, what are the conditions towards this offer? If there are none other than the obvious I would gladly accept your offer.’’ He offered both men a seat by putting his arm in-front of him seating them behind him.
A maid and a assistant both came out with a selection of drinks ranging from water to wine to sake. Liu Bei took a glass full of water and threw it down his mouth leaving some in his glass he awaited for them to continue well mainly Sun Jian as he addressed himself first.
To Zhao Yun
Placing his glass down on the table next to him, he then opted his gaze towards the other man he looked as if he had skill to boot his good looks, Bei could here many of his female assistants mentioning that as they walked past trying to look as if they were walking when they were trying to have a look at him.
Asking if they meant at Hu Lao Gate, this thought pondered him a little as he did participate in the battle against Dong Zhou across the river and towards the main island that nearly sunk to his infernal weight, he had a vague remembrance of a warrior that looked like him.
Further more he seem to know of both leaders that were currently in the room, so what had become of him after the battle what did he do? ‘’Young Master Zhao Yun, may I ask what you have come here today for? Should it be about serving under me ill gladly accept, if it is about other business please do go right ahead’’ shifting his gaze between the two wondering who would speak first.

Sun Jian accepted the seat, and picked up a glass of wine. He swirled it around softly, and then sniffed it.
hm... nice and oaky. he thought to himself.
After he took a sip of it, he continued. "Well, Lord Liu Bei, I was thinking that it would be more along the lines of "I scratch your back, you scratch mine", if you understand what I mean. We would assist you in your endeavours, confrontations and defenses, if you assist us in exactly the same way. Of course, if you would prefer something more along the lines of a neutrality pact, that could also be arranged." he said, and then took another sip of the wine.
What he hoped for was a military-based alliance with Shu. He hoped Shu would consider the fact that they were, without a doubt, the two strongest nations and that them working together would be invaluable to their respective success.
then, he heard Zhou yun address him. Sun Jian turned a head, and wordlessly nodded to him.

As the ruler of Wu ignored him and walks away, Zhao Yun doesn't bother about it. ‘’Young Master Zhao Yun, may I ask what you have come here today for? Should it be about serving under me, I'll gladly accept, if it is about other business, please do go right ahead.’ Zhao Yun's spear on his left hand, he immediately show it to Lord Liu Bei, "Lord Liu Bei, I had left Master Gongsun Zan in order to served you. Master Gongsun Zan thinks nothing but power, wealth, and conquer the lands, he think nothing about the innocents. But you, the ruler of Shu Kingdom, is a benevolent ruler with kind heart, thinks nothing else but the innocent people. It is such a waste to served under Master Gongsun Zan. I've realized my mistake and yet find my real master."
"Lord Liu Bei, please let my spear, the Dragon spear, to assist you in the battle, to help the innocents, to bring down chaos and restore peace to China. I, Zhao Yun Zi Long, is in your service! Lord Liu Bei!" Zhao Yun said as he kneel down, bow down his head to Liu Bei.

He nodded towards Sun Jian, he was an excellent ruler on of making capable decision and a wise one at that, but he was getting old would the alliance prosper under his sons rule? ‘’Lord Sun Jian, I humbly accept your military alliance, any time that we need you I hope you can spare some forces, and vice versa for yourself.’’ He then shook his hand as he was a busy man and he should be getting back to Wu.
Sitting back comfortably, he then asked him of his stay here ‘’Master Sun Jian, do you request to stay some nights? If so ill gladly make room for yourself.’’ Putting his glass towards his mouth and taking another sip of water one of his favourite drinks as he wasn’t much into the wine.
He then looked over at Zhao Yun, who had just pledged his allegiance towards the Shu Kingdom, Liu Bei would have to be crazy to decline such an offer, he saw the honor and justice in him how could he resist? ‘’Zhao Yun, I would be glad to accept you as a general here.’’ Shaking his hand to confirm the deal.

"I would love to, but, sadly... I have much to do now, with informing my council of the alliance between our great nations being my top priority." he said as he accepted the shake from Liu Bei and smiled. As he turned, he nodded once more to Zhou Yun. Now, the time for preperations had come...

After shaking his hands with Lord Liu Bei, Zhao Yun immediately turned towards to Lord Sun Jian, and saluted him. "If I interrupted your business, my lord, then I will went back down to have a view in Cheng Du city. If there's anything you need me, please informed me as soon as possible. Well, if you excused me.." Zhao Yun said as he bow down to Lord Liu Bei and Lord Sun Jian. "Please let me escort you from this palace..." the guard who sent Zhao Yun and Lord Sun Jian said as he show the way to Zhao Yun. Together, they walk outside the palace.

Guan Yu stood at the edge of the Audience hall. He looked at the back wall which had a green dragon painted onto it. To fulfill such footsteps as my brother... It will be difficult, but it is something that needs to be done. Guan thought to himself as he stood tall, his pride(though not as strong this day) beamed off of him as usual. His mind was racked on many things and they had all concerned his brother's assasination. Where was lord Sun Jian? the man who Liu Bei had recently formed an alliance with. Also, did Liu Shan actually deal the final blow to his own father?
Guan Yu shook his head, trying to not to think of those things at the moment. He would need a calm mind to address the people of Cheng Du, the officers of shu, and the officials of each city. ... Should I really do this?.... No! I must do this... if I don't... then they would look to Jiang Wei... and he, like I, wants a reserved life, without too much fame... He has enough attention to him, being appointed our prime minister as it is... To be so young and have the burden of an entire kingdom... I refuse to be the one who brings that upon him. Guan thought to himself as he had zoned out into his trance-like state.
Just then he noticed the foot steps of Lady Xiaoli. She had seemed to make it clear to him that she would not leave either. There was one of the people he would wait on.. He knew that two would not be present. Jiang Wei had fallen ill recently and is kept in his quarters and Zhang Fei strayed away seeking vengence after the news of Liu Bei's death was brought to them. So these things left Guan Yu to address the others. He was no politician and his words would not be able to be as sweet as one's. His only brother, Zhang Fei, had left and given him no support. THen what was his drive for this day?... The memory of Liu Bei and the boy who stands next to him. His own son Guan Xing.
Guan Yu inhaled deeply as he turned around, now facing the door of the audience hall and sat himself down slowly, where the ruler or prefect of the city would be stationed. Many would know either one or two reasons for this. Guan Yu was left in charge of Cheng Du while Liu Bei was away at the banquet and if he called everyone to Cheng Du and he was still there, yet his second to the banquet was there with him.. they could only assume the worst.
"Lady Xiaoli... it is your decision to stay with us. Though... I must thank you for doing so. I know that the spirit of my brother is pleased. You see this hall, is where my brother took his first step to truly realising his dream. And in his name and wishes I shall fulfill it, so that his spirit will be at ease... If you need a seat Lady Xiaoli.. Xing will go and fetch you one. It may take a while until all of the lords and ladies get here."
Guan's hand brushed through his beard slowly. It was as though he had coped with the fact that his brother was dead. However that was far from the case. His anger was steadily rising and he knew when and when not to unleash it. This was one of the things that seperated him and Zhang Fei, though there wasn't much more after that. As always though, Guan's Green Dragon was still in his right hand. He would not part with the weapon, especially now.

(Continued from Cheng Du Gates) Ban had been stopped at the Palace gates due to the Shu Palace Guards. Ban hesitated, as he had suddenly been informed that an important meeting was scheduled to happen... Another part of his mind told him that an important meeting was the perfect chance to tell the truth about being the successor to his late Father's Shu Empire. He was currently torn between two decision, to persuade the guards to let him in, and to simply leave the area for a time and wait for a private opportunity. Ban gestured the guards saying that he would be back and made his way to the front courtyard to reflect on his decisions. He looked at the ups and downs, the consequences of each decision. If he went straight into the meeting, he would most definitely learn about the current situation, however, there was a chance that his claim to his Father's Empire would be denied in the event that he could not prove his heritage. Secondly, if he decided to wait, a new successor could be decided, and his Father's Empire would surely go down into ruin. After a few quiet moments of undisturbed reflection, Ban had come to "Half a decision" He made his way back to the Palace Entrance and once again met those same Palace Guards. "I apologize for not properly introducing myself earlier, however, I am presently here on important business, may you, noble sirs be kind enough to allow me to enter?"With that, he removed the weapons from his body and handed them to the Guards to show that he had no plans of assassination or anything that would harm the already-battered Shu Kingdom. There he waited for admission into the palace... After a few moments, the guards nodded in acceptance to Ban's request. With that, he entered the warm palace of the capital of Shu. This place somehow felt somewhat like home even though Ban had never been here before. After walking a few paces through the impressive halls of the palace, Ban eventually came to two, large, grand doors. Through the slightly opened doors, Ban could faintly see a man with a beautiful and exceptionally long beard. Standing next to him were two other, less noticeable figures, one in a military uniform, and on the other side stood a beautiful woman. Ban slowly opened the doors furthermore and walked through, trying to look as respectable as he could. He somehow felt intimidated by the long-bearded man, he recognized the man as Guan Yunchang but would not succumb to the pressure. Weakly, Ban let out a few words. "Lord Guan Yunchang... it is an honor to meet you..."His heart stopped as he looked out the window... a body lay there, in the middle of three weapons... He did not recognize the figure, but knew that it was, in fact...

Guan looked up from his trance. There had seemed to be someone who had strayed into the hall, and Guan Yu had mistaken him for someone who was told to meet at the palace of Cheng Du. When Guan's eyes looked over the man, he saw a slight resemblence to his brother in the boy, but he brushed it away and deemed it sadness. Guan Yu closed his eyes and stroked his beard as he cleared his mind looking to him again.
"Oh? And who are you, young man?"
Guan said as he bowed slightly to the man, showing him some respect even though he did not know him.

Ban's silent lamentations were swiftly brought to a close when Guan Yu asked him a question...
Once again, he was torn between two tough decisions, one option was to lie, and slowly earn the trust of Guan Yu before bursting out his true heritage, however, the lie would be on his "honest" mind's conscience for the rest of his life.
Another choice would be to tell the truth and hope that Guan Yu would believe it... However, the chances for that happening were incredibly slim. Noticing Yu's bow, Ban imitated him to buy some time for thoughts.
Ban didn't think that making that decision could be so hard, however, Ban concluded with the fact that he would not be able to live life normally if he told the lie, so, hoping that luck was with him, and it was the Gods' will for him to rule Shu, Ban slowly let out a few words.
"My Lord... I am sure that you are aware that Lord Liu Xuande has been assassinated at a banquet in Ye. I do not know how to break this to you but..."
"I am Liu Ban... son of the late Lord Liu Bei, I understand that this would make you something like my uncle..."
"You do not have to accept this information from a lowly commoner such as myself, but something in my head tells me that you are exceptionally reasonable, and if you would somehow accept this fact, this piece of my mind would be satisfied."
It was a rather pathetic response to Guan Yu's question, but he knew not what else to say to the great warlord of Shu.

Guan Yu froze. His eyes were the same as before and now it seemed that he was about to lash out. Though the calm composure that had been made apparent to the others from the discovery of his brother's dead, and how he did not go balistic. He stood there and sat in the chair and looked down at the boy. He stroked his beard, closing his eyes going into deep thought.
"Father... How about we let him live here in Cheng Du?"
Guan Yu had looked at his son who was silent until then. Guan Yu had looked at his son with a puzzled expression. Why would his son suggest such a thing? He knew how Guan Yu felt about Liu Bei's death, he could see past the calm face that was displayed to the people, he could see the anger inside him and the confusion that he was going through.
"Why would I do that Xing?"
"Because father... if he is our late lord's son.. than he can prove it to us over time... If he proves not to be the son of your Virtuous Brother, then... we can deal with him as you deem the punishment fit."
Xing looked disheartened by the second option. He had really hoped that it wouldn't come to that, afterall... if this man did turn out to be the son of Liu Bei, then the Big Green Machine might show some true hope.. instead of the thing that drives him, the memory of his brother's dream.
Guan Yu had thought about it for a moment and stroked his beard... What to do... I should wait... hear what the others say... but until we can truly try him.. I will keep him under my wing. Guan thought to himself.. resolved.
"Very well. If you were hoping to inherit Shu with the claim that my brother is your father than I will have to disappoint you. However... I will allow you to stay here in Cheng Du. You will be under watch by my son Guan Xing. When I can get all of the men of shu together... then we will see if you are truly who you claim to be."
Guan Yu looked down to Xiaoli. He wondered what she would think. She had seemed to have a relation with Liu Bei before he had been assasinated.
"What say you Lady Xiaoli?"

Qing walked into the council following Guan Yu, looking around at the room she had never really been in there before. Sitting down as if to attempt not to make to much noise it seemed weird in such a silent room. Plus she was use to being told to be silent while someone waited for something, but most of the time she tended to enjoy voicing her opinion. Even if her father frowned upon it and soon she hoped at least that she would be able to get out of his grip, get away from the ship Qing had spent most of her time on. Then someone walked in giving a glance over she saw that it was a younger man and she was pretty sure it was not anyone who had been in there force.
Did not look like much of some sort of messenger either, so who could it have been…then she noticed he looked like Liu Bei. Brushing it off slightly all that she would think is that it was some sort of cruel game that her mind was playing on her. In times of sadness it seemed to do that so really she would not have been all that surprised if it was doing it now. After all it was also not that uncommon for people to look like someone else, plus it was right after seeing him get killed not exactly the best timing. Yet when she looked at others they all just appeared to look like themselves, not like Liu Bei then mind tricks could have been playing in again.
As he told the story of Liu Bei getting killed in the banquet the memory played in her head like some sort of old movie, and no matter what she would never expect the ending. Everything seemed to move slower, everyone around her the man with the swords, the speeches before what had happened. Then the guy said that he was son, a second one…they were now just popping out of the ground Qing thought to herself. First it was the son at the banquet and now this one; of course this one seemed a little more stable. Hearing her name Qing tapped her finger on her lips for a moment thinking, “I think it sounds like a wonderful idea”.
Giving a small smile in the son’s direction she pursed her lips slightly after words “so welcome to Shu Liu Ban”. “That is, if you wish to say, which I sincerely hope that you do” resting her hands on her lap she waited for a response. Hopefully he would stay in Shu and show them if he was Liu Bei’s son or not. Something in her told her that she was but that might of just been her.

Rather relieved that Guan Yu had not completely rejected his statement, Ban gave a sigh of satisfaction and bowed once more to the General. His mind finally seemed to be calm, and he had somehow survived "Round One".
Ban thought back to his past for a moment, the kind peasant who had taken him in, and his uneventful childhood. It was rather hard to believe that he was now here, standing next to the great General Guan Yu, and his son, Guan Xing.
After receiving permission to stay in Shu, Ban gave a sigh of relief before responding verbally to the now-recognised woman, Xiaoli Qing and Guan Yu. Ban's mind was no longer racing for witty responses, everything seemed to come together now.
"I thank you, Lord Guan Yu for your kindness and hospitality, I will be sure to prove myself worthy of the Liu family bloodline, and meet your expectations"
"I also thank you, Lady Qing for your gentle tone of voice and patience with a lowly figure such as myself."
After responding to the two Shu officers, a strong feeling suddenly came to his mind, then, a black and white image replaced his vision. A large, stocky man was leading an army, with banners bearing the name: General Zhang Fei. Next thing he saw, the general had been shot down by an arrow...
After seeing this, Ban's vision returned. After recovering for a few seconds, Ban regained complete control over his body, the vision had dazed him slightly. Before doing anything else, Ban suddenly asked...
"Lord Guan Yu, Lady Qing, what has become of Zhang Fei, in response to my Father's death?"

"Master Zhang Fei was furious and despair about Lord Liu Bei's death." Jian Yuan said as he appeared from his lord's son. "He tried to take revenge but Master Guan Yu, Lady Xiaoli and I advised him not to caused any bloodshed otherwise something more serious could happened. But I have no idea did Master Zhang Fei take our advice or not." Jian Yuan said as he walk past Liu Ban and stand in front of him.
"I'm Jian Yuan Wuyang, assassin from House of Mo. I'm come to Shu Kingdom in order to help this country, by the order of the Mojia. It is my honor to meet you, Lord Liu Ban." Jian Yuan said as he salutes.
