Come here to speak with the ruler of the city. You must gain entrance through the city gates unless authorized by the ruler.

The council of Jian Ye is something of wonder, many peasants that have entered have seen its beauty and told others, it is talked about all over the land for its structure, history, architect and other miraculous things that make it up. Jian Ye council always has guards patrolling the outside walking, some with spears others with swords, while on the roof there are many with bows overlooking he farther points of the city, their aim a very accurate one. This council is passed by many people on their commute to the fields, the blacksmith, the market and even outside of the city. There are two red banners hanging from the roof in front of the council, marked with the word Wu on it. The council is built out of limestone many years ago.
Sun Jian sits on a nice throne inside of the council overlooking the large door that leads out of the council, he sits here mos of the day listening to the people and their needs, he eats here, he does work here, hell, there is a room in the back where he can sleep in. Sun Jian mostly just sits and listens to people, he has his swords, one on each side of his throne, which to mention is about 3 feet off the ground on a platform. His throne is gold with dragon hinges, it has a red cushion on it to make it as confertable as possible for any liege who decides to pay a visit here.
Below Jian's throne there is a table and two chairs if he gets any visitors, they are just made of maple, rope and nails and so is the table. There is a red carpet with a yellow outline leading up to his throne and three pillars on each side until you reach Sun Jian where behind his throne there are two pillars where the throne its self its stuck in between of. The floor of the council is swept every day so it is as nice as possible to leave a nice impression on the people who come in.
Sun Jian sat there and was quite bored, he hadn't of gotten visitors in forever, he was eager for today for he was told he would get a visitor from a letter he recieved, he had a banquet set out on the table on front of him, the best wine in the land to the right and food everywhere else. The maids had been working all day to have the council perfect for visitors.

It wasn't a long walk from the gates to the Palace of Jian Ye, of course, Lu Rai had always been an inquisitive man, so he'd taken the long route around the city. Everyone now and then he'd stop and talk to people. He was amazed to see how well the people worked, it was like another Chang An. Most of all though, he was amazed at how fast word traveled through China. Most of the people recognized his blue-ish colors, and the word painted on it.
After one too many talks though, Lu Rai finally remembered why he was here and made his way to the Audience Hall. It unfolded before his eyes and was, beautiful to say the least. All the history that decorated the walls. He had heard the old lord, Sun Jian, kept a fine house, but this was beyond all the rumors and fables. Then came the wide doors that led into the Audience Hall. For a moment, Rai had to stop and take a deep breath. After a mental pep talk he pushed open the doors and made his way inside.
"Zhou Tai, Lord of Wu, Lu Rai, Speaker of Glory bows before you." proclaimed Lu Rai as he made his way into the hall, bowing down before the man. He was on one knee, his fists to the floor, and his head down. After a moment, he rose back to his feet and took on his normal, respectful, strong look.
"Lord Zhou Tai, you have a beautiful, safely built home, but we both know that's not why I have come. You have recieved word of Glory by now, yes? Lord Wei Yan believes we could be quite the alliance, Wu and Glory. Your thoughts?"

Zhou Tai sat tall in his throne, and as Lu Rai approached, he motioned for Zei Fang to hand him the scroll that had arrived a mere two days before. After Lu Rai had spoken, Zhou Tai took a few seconds to review the scroll once more, even though he had read it over 20 times now. "Wei Yan... possibly the biggest reason we won against Dong Zhuo. And this powerhouse of a leader proposes an alliance with me..." he said as he thoughtfully rubbed his stubble. He hadn't shaved in a few days, and was beginning to regret it.
"Well, I would be a fool to not accept Wei Yan's proposal. However, I was hoping that we could form an extreme military alliance. You see, I will not beat around the fact that my treasury is big and my troops are many. Our troops, mixed with the fact that he and his officers, along with my officers and I are strong would only spell success."
Zei Fang sat next to his master, back bent forward and his chin resting on two interlocking fists. He was taking in this conversation fairly hard. Never before had he heard Zhou Tai accept help from anyone... was Wei Yan really that powerful? Just then, a messenger, dressed like a spy of sorts, came forth towards Zhou Tai, rushing passed Lu Rai. He whispered something in his ear, and Zhou Tai pursed his lips. "Zei Fang, take heed of what the messenger says. You leave by yourself on horseback. Now."
Zei Fang got up and followed the messenger outside the throne room, adjusting his armor and ordering servants to bring him supplies and to ready his steed.
"Please pardon that, Lu Rai... but it seems the messenger noted something of importance about our little princess..."

A cough ushered as Lu Rai looked at the steward in shock. With a wide, little kid grin and a few quick nods he began to speak. His tone before had been something you'd expect of him, but now it was giddy, excited!
"Yes, yes! Please continue! I'm sure Lord Wei Yan would love to have you in his ranks, yet alone the whole of Jian Ye." chirped the Speaker of Glory. Not only had Zhou Tai gave light to the fact that he was bad with people, but upon Lu Rai's trip to the audience hall he'd heard reports, or more or less, rumors of small packs of revolters within Jian Ye. Things did not bode well if the steward could not get the people back under his thumb.

Zhou Tai smiled as he spoke. "I'm sure most people would be glad to have a military aliance, but Wei Yan being happy is something I didn't expect." Of course he was poking slight fun at the leader of Glory's demeanor, one which Zhou Tai had yet to see as humorous.
"Now, from what I hear... well, from what people tell me, is that Glory has Ma Chao breathing down it's throat. As it stands, I would be honored to aid you in the up coming battle. I may not be able to give you as many troops as Wei Yan needs." Zhou Tai said as he basically offered Glory Wu's army against Ma Chao.

Lu Rai paid attention, the messenger was an oddity, but it wasn't his place either taking in all that Zhou Tai had said, Rai nodded still slightly in thought.
"Yes, rumors are partially true. Ma Chao has quite the horde in Xi Liang but I believe that when I left Wei Yan was talking to an ambassador about maybe a peace feast. Either way, if there is a battle we will need all the help we can get and the army of Jian Ye, along with the famed Zhou Tai would be quite the addition. I will take these words to Wei Yan. Have you anything else for him?"
Lu Rai was back to his normal, focused, respectful tone. It seemed almost as that slip of giddy uncontrol had dishonored him personally. With that, Rai punched and fist into an open palm and bowed his head.

"Hm... nothing else that I wouldn't like to say to him in person. ONce Zei Fang returns from his trip, I will make my way to Chang An and speak with Wei Yan personally. "If you require no more information, you are dismissed, Lu Rai. May the Gods protecxt you on your journey back to Chang An." he said as he nodded his head respectfully. "If you would like to rest before your return journey, I shall give you room and board for as long as you require."

Lu Rai merely rose from his bow and nodded again.
"No, Lord Zhou Tai. I'll be taking my leave. It will be good to see you in Chang An."
And with that, Rai left the audience hall, and the whole of Jian Ye. Make his way back to Chang An.

Many uneventful days ast as people brought claims, issues, and crimes forth in front of the leader of Wu, until Zei Fang finally returned. As he approached the throne, Zhou Tai noticed that Fang had arrived empty handed. 'Could you not find her...?" Zhou Tai asked as Zei Fang bowed and stood.
"No, Zhou. She refused to return."
"Huh. So, now we know where her true loyalties lie... Zei Fang, you will spread word to the border partolmen, and all the guards in Wu. I have issued a warrant for her arrest as of now. When, and if, she returns, she will be brought forth immediately."
Zei Fang rose, and drowsily bowed. "Yes m'lord. Right away." Then, Zei Fang left to spread the word. Sun Shang Xiang was now a wanted criminal. God help her if she were ever to return...

It had been far too long for Wu to have a missing leader, Sun Jian had gone missing and now Sun Ce was pressumed dead.. Surprisingly rumours spread that the only daughter of Wu had become a lover of Cao Cao. At this time word had reached Wu Guotai, the very woman who betrothed 6 children to Sun Jian, the 'Tiger of Jiang Dong'.. So much for the nickname, Tigers do not hide for this long. In the halls walked a female figure, dressed in red robes; making it look like her every body was dripping with fresh blood. Next to her was a tall aging man in full silver armour, clearly the bodyguard Fu Gong and also life-long friend of Wu Guotai. Every step had a purpose, the servants and guards could only bow and most dared not to speak out for a 'good day' to the Lady Wu. The fire of Wu within her eyes, the Lady wielded her new weapon... The bladed fan that she herself had designed, in all the Wu quarters and houses had this kingdom ever heard of Wu Guotai chosing to pick up a weapon; all believing this flower to be too frail. How wrong they were.
The doors to the Audiance hall swung open, in fright eyes instantly gazed to see who could make such an abrupt entrance; quite surprised when it was the Lady of Wu who surfaced into the hall. Followed by armed guards and handmaidens it was as if a flood of silver water had now engulfed the hall; with the bleeding rose leading them. Without words the Lady Wu did not take the seat created for her when Sun Jian was the strength of this Kingdom; personally removing the cloth that waited for its master's return Wu Guotai sat down. Fu Gong standing loyally by her said.. Lady Wu was now leading this force and she would continue where the rest of her family were failing. A loud but startling clunk was heard as the Lady flicked the blade fan to show it's glory; looking at those before her.. The Lady Wu's voice was confident and had a strength behind it no one believed was in her. "Tell me the state of this Kingdom." Silence was her responce, some a little too hesitant to give the full report that not long ago there was a revolt because of the taxation. A whisper into Fu Gong's ear by an attendant, he was seemingly more approachable at the moment thant she. "My Lady, it seems the level of taxes were risen which resulted in civil unrest." Rolling her eyes Wu let out a disappointed sigh. "Who ordered such a move? My fool of a husband no doubt. Nonetheless, lower the taxes; we can not have revolts now." With a cough Fu Gong wasn't finished, though quite scared himself about revealing the next piece of news he knew he had to lay before her. "Also, word spreads that your daughter has now been taken into the embrace of Lord Cao of Wei; some even confess that they could now be lovers." Fu Gong stood back for any form of angry flailing, this news would be bad; Wu's own daughter becoming a possible consort for a future enemy.. Without her permission?! "What?!.. This can not be!.. Would Shang Xiang turn her back upon her own family?!" Looking at the audience with her, Wu shook her head; this news had displeased her.. Soon her daughter would have to pay and many knew the wrath of Wu Guotai would be.... unbearable, to say the least. "Gather me the men which serve this kingdom, I wish to speak with them.." A rush out was soon made, to any that bow to the banners of Wu were quickly called to the Audience hall. Before entering they were informed of Lady Wu's presence and also current mood, the advice being 'tread softly'...

((O.O.C.) So... you just barged in without acknowledging the presence of the man on the throne?))
"Gather the men that serve this kingdom? Sadly, Lady of Wu, Ga Ning, too, has disappeared, and it leaves you, I, and my apprentice Zei Fang. Our troops will stay in the barracks until I know what you need from us..." he said as he eyes her strangely. It was unlike the lady to simply barge in and start giving orders. Of course she was the Lady of Wu, but still, She had not even asked for the throne that Zhou Tai sat upon.
"No matter... I actually have somewhere I'm supposed to be fairly soon, so if you would kindly tell me why we must gather the troops..."

(OOC: Sorry, didn't realise it...I'll take it from you being on throne and she'll be infront of it.)
Wu Guotai had not noticed Zhou Tai sitting on the throne of her husbands, turning round she would have been insulted that he sat there; fortunately Fu Gong rushed to whisper that Zhou Tai had to hold the Kingdom on his own. Smiling the Lady Wu turned round to look at the warrior, closing the metal fan she inclined her head towards Tai. "Lord Zhou, your loyalty to my husband is remarkable and you will surely be blessed for the work to keep Wu a float." Walking up to the throne where Zhou was still sitting, Wu Guotai laughed a little and gestured toward those in the audience hall. "I am not a woman of warfare, you are. For this you shall be the Commander of the Wu Army." Sitting to the throne that was usually placed lower that the main throne, appointed for the Liege's wife. "I have no doubt our Lord will come out of the shadows, followed by Ce and Quan... Meanwhile we must strengthen Wu for their return." Looking at Zhou Tai, there was a sense of caution with this man; however, at the moment he was the only man to enforce her husband's strength.

Zhou Tai nodded as he smiled softly at Wu Guotai. "Mi'lady, there is a banquet that I must attend. It is in regards to our newly founded alliance with Glory, a kingdom headed by Wei Yan. Zei Fang will do everything in his power to follow your orders, while I strengthen the alliance with Glory. Now, if I may take my leave..." he asked, waiting for Wu Guotai to give him permission to leave,.

Norion is given permission by Wu Guotai to leave. Little does the Wu warrior know, she was about to leave in search of her husband. That would leave Zhou Tai as the leader. Up to him whether he continued to rule or not. Hell, everyone knew the pay was good.
