The guards looked down eyeing Gan Ning before he had even gotten to the walls, he looked like an able bodied man and so they thought he might start some trouble, havok if you must, but he did not he is here to join Wu in their quest to reunite china and so they were curious as to what his skills were, if he had any at all. The guard to the left, who was wearing the Wu colors and banner rose from the back and went to reply to Gan Ning's request to be let into the force. The guard took a deep breath as he looked at Gan Ning, obliviously he was stronger than he or else he would be fighting Dong Zhuo but that did not matter much to him, he was sfe here.
"I was told by Sun Jian to let any who seek an audience with him in, so you are welcome in there is an open door to your right only for you, come in and be sure to show of your skill to Sun Jian!"
(That means send me an rp example through pm)

It was quite a ride from Chang An, and the Courageous Lu Rai sat atop his steed, windbeat and tired, but once in sight of the capital he was forcing refinement and perfection. He sat upright, his hair was combed through with his fingers so it all hung straight and not all knotty. With a smile on he made his way before the gates of Jian Ye.
"Noble guards of the Wu Kingdom, will you allow Lu Rai, speaker of Glory, to enter your walls?" called Rai in his proudest voice he could muster.

The Guard looked at him. "Glory, huh? Isn't that Wei Yan's Kingdom? We, uh... we were there against Dong Zhuo. Go ahead and enter. The Audience Hall shouldn't be to hard to find, considering it's right in the center of our city..." one guard said, who held two blades at his side, and motioned for more guards, who also had two blades each, to open the gates. They opened slowly, and Lu Rai was ushered in.

A loud banging could be heard coming from the main gates of Jian Ye. As the guards returned there, after a bathroom break, they noticed peasants chewing and hammering away at the gate!
"Hey, get out of there! What are you doing?" the guards yelled, running over to chase away the offenders.
"What the? They must have been pissed because they bit through a layer of wood!"
People rise up and revolt momentarily against the Medium Level of Taxes! The gates have been damaged by 50 points! The commotion has stopped though.

Qin Mei arrived several hours past the dusk. Hungry and weary, Qin Mei approaches the Gates and ask a permission from the guard to gain entrance in the city to spend the night.
"Excuse me, can i gain entrance to the city to spend the night?"
Qin Mei's weary looks await for the reply from the guards.

"Uh... well, I don't see why not... but hey, if you were wantin' to speak with Zhou Tai, he's not here at the moment. So......" one of the guards said, "you'll need to speak with his steward. You seem nice enough. I don't see why you couldn't stay at the palace 'til Zhou Tai retu-"
the second guard sack-tapped the one who was speaking with the butt of his spear. "you weren't supposed to say that, idiot..."

A man in red battle armor, and a head of silver hair approached the guards. He was atop his steed, and a large breadsword was at his left side, and a spear was on his back. His face was stern, and he seemed to have arrived from a long distance journey.
"Um... Do we know you...?" Said a guard, tilting his head to the side. "You look familiar."
the man looked down at them with a gaze that could pierce the guards armor. "Yes, you do, servants of Wu." he said as the guards signaled for the gates to open. As he rode through, he spoke to them softly.
"Sun Jian has returned..."

"The Fox has found it's Den."
At the rise of the bright moon, the Fox moved towards the gate of the city of Jian Ye. Cloaked and masked, Huli looked upon the guardsmen up ahead. He silently made his way towards them avoiding direct visibility and hiding in the darkness of the night. He walked in a slow and quiet manner....almost as if he were stalking. Closer and closer as he moved towards the gate entrance. With the cloak he wore and darkness of the night as his camouflage, he appeared to be unseen. Huli came close to the gate entrance. He eyed the guards who seem to be unaware of his presence as they seem a bit distracted with something else. He continued forward and as soon as he got to the entrance, he spoke in a cold empty hallowed voice that would send shivers down one's spine as well as spook the guards as he avoided their detection to gain the element of surprise.
"I ask of my entrance. I came to speak with your ruler. The fox....has arrived."
Huli then took out a raw piece of foul and devoured it under his mask and biting slowly allowing the bloody juices squirt inside his mouth enjoying the taste of the meat and blood. He then licked his bloody fingers and sucked the blood clean off.
"Mhmm.....tasty. Nothing like bloody fresh foul for a snack."
By just looking at Huli, his "aura" was very dark and something rang out through the night yelling out MONSTER in his presences. He had a special odor around him if carefully sniffed well. The odor was....the odor of dried blood. His appearance is cloaked and his face masked but underneath it, lies a soaked apparel of dark red blood along with pieces of grass and such attached. Just by looking at him, you could tell, he has been in a battlefield of some sort for a while. He was dirty and reeked of blood. And if you stare at his eyes, it is like staring at a fox's eyes while it is about to kill it's prey. Huge scars all around his muscled body from his feet all the way towards his head. Those scars each have a tale of the horrors of war inside. This is the Fox.

Joining Wu
I watched you die, and yet even now your spirits dwells within my memories, torturing me until I have nothing left to give. Osombro.”
< -- > Wu Sheng Tian had reached the Wu border that morning, having spent the last week travelling south, stopping at various taverns and huts to keep whatever morale his men had on the high. It was a challenging time for his men, for they were simple ronins, surviving from whatever food they could savage from nearby market places and trading posts. < -- > But not everything was so bad for them, they still had Tian, no? And he had kept his cold face for the journey, making sure that whilst he controlled his men – whilst their lives rested within his care, none would fall behind, and none would die. It had been his long term goal, to reach Wu and its tapestries, to collect gold, food and wine – and to indulge within the necessities provided for him by nature. < -- > It was borderline excitement at the least, that had propelled them like eagles in the divine skies – flourishing out the bandits and the scabs so that they could march free, to their new home, to Wu. < -- > But now that he was here, along the southern provinces where the winters were cold and the seasons predictable, he couldn’t feel it in him to stay. Maybe the food would be good, as he had heard, and the money plenty. But a daunting prospect shadowed his thoughts – and he turned to the few men he had held together for so long. < -- > “Should we proceed further, and give our strength to Wu – or would you rather serve another, someone who might not be as indecisive as me.” He turned upon his soldiers as he spoke, his breath deep – followed curtly by a gentle sigh that passed his lips. < -- > “We should proceed, we have all vowed to aid you in your troubles, and we would have nothing else BUT that.” < -- > Tian turned to the man, releasing a smile before signalling for the gates. < -- >”Then let’s proceed.” He had said, proudly.
< -- > Tian had reached the gates after a few hundred spans, pulling back on the reins and signalling for his men to also dismount, their blades tucked neatly within the folds of their scabbards. < -- > “We come in peace!” He had roared, before bowing slightly, “I am here to speak with the ruler of this city – I have heard much about Sun Jian and Zhou Tai, and would like to offer my services, if able.” < -- > He paused to gaze at the guards, strong men – he had noticed Men that would protect the city with confidence and dare he say it ... ease. Now all that was left was to be received, and surely Sun Jian – lord of Jian Ye wouldn’t turn him down without hearing out his proposal.

the two guards looked at him skeptically. "Well... um... normally we have to confinscate weapons, but I'm not sure how that'd work with an army, so... they can stay out here and you can enter. Precaution only... we don't doubt that you come in peace." the guard said, signalling for the gates to open.
