Stepping into the Command Tent, your character can see that Commander He Jin is planning his tactics with advisors. All of the men and other players are also in the tent to speak their minds. "What are the estimates on their numbers?" the leader exclaimed, worried that the allies did not have enough men. There is only one table, which is in the center of the room, a lantern hangs from the middle of the tent. It is the only light that keeps them out of darkness. The table is large, also can only hold about ten people around it. A map is shown for the battle area and Jin points out various areas on the map and talks to his advisors about them."We are not sure, but most likely upwards of 10000 men, sir."When the advisor had stated the enemy numbers the room became very quiet. So much that a mouse could be heard nibbling on a piece of cheese! Or, was it this guy!?Either way, the tension in the room could be cut with a blade and the allies had a steep hill to climb.Feedback is given freely to anyone without any hardship. Chairs are lined up around the inside of the tent. All can sit and hear the Commander give out his orders. Not much information on the enemy is known right now. Converse with your allies or the leaders to find out what is going on!

Lu Zhi after having entered the Allied Main Camp had ordered his troops to rest up and prepare themselves for the upcoming battle that would take place. After giving the order he then proceeded to the Command Tent to meet with He Jin and see if he couldn't sit in on the planning with the rest of the force that had arrived, or would soon arrive if they had not done already. He quickly checked with the guards on the outside of the Command Tent before he proceeded to enter.
Upon his entrance into the Command Tent he quickly spotted what appeared to be two advisors and Grand Commander He Jin himself discussing battle tactics. He quickly bowed and then spoke to the Commander.
"Grand Commander He Jin, It is i Lu Zhi and i have brought with me a total of 1,400 troops, a mix of both Veteran Han soldiers and Volunteer troops. We are here to aid you in the battle against the tyrant and traitor Dong Zhuo."

"Sir, may I ask-" spoke a guard outside the tent as a man in black and red armor approached him.
"My name is Zhou Tai. Perhaps you have heard of me." Zhou Tai said as he continued to walk forward, not waiting for the man's response. Before he even could respond, Zhou Tai was inside the Command Tent. He entered with composure and confidence, something becoming of his status in the Wu Army. As he entered, he nodded politely to Liu Zhi, although he knew little to nothing of the man, and then bowed respectfully to He Jin.
"Grand Master He Jin, I, Zhou Tai, and my apprentice, Zei Fang, have arrived to aid you in your crusade against Dong Zhou. I have brought with me 1,500 troops, from volunteers to Elite warriors. I speak for all of Wu when I say we are honored to fight for you at this present time." he said as he stood, his harsh voice filling the tent.

Zhang Liao entrusted his weapon to his lieutenant prior to entering the tent. A big man in black and red armor, calling himself Zhou Tai, spoke boldly and exuded an aura of insolence. The elderly fellow he took the floor from seemed far too old to be joining the battle directly, though this man struck Zhang Liao as no less absurd. Peasants with followers pledging themselves to battle in the name of honor, but mostly for personal gain. Zhang Liao stood, addressing everyone and no one in particular.
"My lords, I am Zhang Liao of Mayi. Now, if I may address the important issue, not how big our proverbial sticks are... Dong Zhuo's force is a glorified herd of sheep. Many of his underlings are glorified sheep clad in finery. We can break their army into two categories: the incompetent and Lu Bu. Li Ru, Li Jue, Dong Min, Fan Chou... they are sycophants who hold their positions only because of Dong Zhuo's favor. They do not have the skills necessary to wage a war and defeat us.
"My suggestion, Commander, is that we provoke Lu Bu into combat and then expend all of our efforts on stopping him and killing him. Without the two legged beast to lead them, the sycophants will be at a loss and will fall one after another."
Offering a slight bow, Zhang Liao returned to his seat.

Lu Zhi gave a breif and coureous bows to those who had just arrived, he hadn't yet taken his seat so had only just sat down when Zhang Liao had begun his assessement of Dong Zhuo's officers and had presented a plan to defeat him. Lu Zhi felt it was bad however so he politely waited until ZhangLiao had retaken his seat before he politely cleared his throat and spoke up.
"Lord Zhang Liao, and ofcourse you too if you do not mind Commander, but I feel i must say this. I feel as though you, Zhang Liao are grossly underestimating out foes here. All those officers you named are not as talentless as you so oppenly claim them to be. Li Ru is most likely the very reason why we are probably stuck in this current position we have in the first place due to his very cunning and devious mind. Lu bu would also not openly charge into a horde of troops unless given the command by Dong Zhuo or Li Ru, most likely he will remain by Dong Zhuo's side. To get to him we may first have to go through all those other generals you mentioned. I feel it is likely that Li Ru has prepared for that option so we will need to find an alternative plan."
He cleared his throat once and spoke again.
"Remember my comrades that to underestimate the enemy and boast of victory so over confidentely is as if asking for disaster to strike us all. All we know as of now is how Dong Zhuo managed to take the Han Capital after tricking us Han Forces. If his forces couldn't beat us so openly in combat like you say Zhang Liao then he will obviously resort to tactical battle strategy to try and outmaneuver us once again."
He then remained quiet awaiting the responses of Zhang Liao and the Commander.

Zhang Liao sighed. An overabundance of caution from the elderly fellow.
"If Lu Bu is satisfied staying by Dong Zhuo's side, then we will be able to defeat his defenses and underlings piecemeal. I believe he'd simply try to plug a hole we put in Dong Zhuo's line, rather than be utterly useless. All the same, you seem to forget that he is a hothead who is not an advocate of caution.
"The other generals, however, I am spot on about. Dong Zhuo suffered a rather heavy defeat to Zhang Jiao, until he was bailed out by Liu Bei and his brothers. Hua Xiong has talent with a weapon, certainly. Guo Si and Li Jue may be semi-competent leaders, but they also refuse to acknowledge when they are wrong. Li Ru, however, you overrate. The man's greatest accomplishment was throwing the empress out of a window.
"So we have heard your criticism. What would you do differently?"

Zhao Yun had walked his horse on a slow maundering trail through the forest. Following no particular order, he watched as the birds flew from tree to tree, and all manner of small insects buzz about. None seemed to have a care in the world, none seemed concerned about the trouble brewing in the distance, the absurd stand that was being made by a group of people so out numbered in troops, that all seemed lost. No one was really aware of how grand a stand they were making and how everything they were doing now, dictated the course of events in the future. He leaned over the horse to look at the small camp down below, granted it was not so small as to appear tiny, but it was by no means the size of the enemy that was Dong Zhou, the Tyrant of the West. He had come from all the way of Tian Shui, leaving his duties over there, behind, so that he might seize power in the frail time that was now. How could such an evil man do such a thing, and why would he? It didn’t matter though, no, not really, for if it was not Dong Zhou, it would have been someone else. For the Han Empire was slowly losing it’s grasp on the world around it, not paying enough attention to what was really going on. So lost in corruption and decadence, it was a failing regime. As the horse and man finally wandered into the camp, he could see the glee on many a face, for they knew war was coming. However, many of these were boys, who’s only knowledge of war was from books and stories, who had only a basic military training in the art of war. Oh sure, there were some veterans about, and they had the look of grim acceptance, ready for what was going to be thrown at them. They had seen evil already, seen the cause and effect of war, and while they had accepted it, that did not mean they enjoyed it. And by Yun’s standards, who would? Besides the most blood thirsty, and those that simply liked to revel in it, like Dong Zhou, the fool who liked to simply see the blood of his foes, or of anyone. He shook his head as he looked at the tent set up before him, no more than a large canvas top thrown over a pole. Staked down on edges to prevent the wind from blowing it around, it seemed sure in it’s precedence not to change or shift course. Like a lion who had already declared it’s kill, and would not move for anyone or anything, even the tiger stalking up behind it. How many times had Zhao Yun seen tents like this before, how many times had he seen the Han go up against the Yellow Turbans in something very much designed like this. He Jin would lead them again against this foe, would he fail just as badly as before? A young boy came to take Zhao Yun’s horse, and the elder man handed it off. Though how much older had Yun been when he had scored his own first kill. How long ago had it been when he had thrust his spear into the Yellow Turbans, the villainous scum who had ravaged the country side in some brutal campaign to claim it’s own reward in stating how glorious it’s battle was, how un righteous the Han had been. Would they really come back, would they stay quite for long? They had retreated and fled after news of Dong Zhou’s take over of Luo Yang, had they heard something, or done something with him? Perhaps, though, it seemed unlike Zhang Jiao to do such a thing. Though both men were evil to the core, only delighted in the death of others, for their own glory no less. As he reached for the tent flap, the door to open it up, he stopped. It was half open now, and another step would send him to his selected glory, or failure. The future was open to both things, to be held in a state of dismay and mania, how much did he really want to see. How long would the campaigns last for? How long would the death continue onwards? How could he stop the oncoming panic that would be spread by the lost of loved ones, from either side. And yet, would a state of Pacifism really be beneficial to anyone? No, the innocent would still suffer, those who didn’t know how to pick up a pitchfork, or defend themselves against the tyrants like Dong Zhou and Zhang Jiao. Only those like Zhao Yun and those here stood a chance to make sure they were all protected. He sighed and entered. As he entered, he noted the various generals and social elites inside, the nobles and warriors, who had chosen the side they wished to fight and die on. And of course, if you wished to die, why not do it with honor and nobility, only those who wished to die without being judged villains would be here. The cowards and traitors had already aligned themselves with Dong Zhou, the scum and dredges of the earth where over there now, ready to die for power and wealthy. Their cause being much less unjust. Yet as he stopped, he listened to the men before him, prattling on about how superior they were to Dong Zhou and his army. About how he had fools and weaklings in positions of power. Zhao Yun simply shook his head, they never could judge anything correctly, could they. Zhao Yun stepped up, and bowed to He Jin and the ministers there, he turned to the other generals there, and made the polite bow to them as well. “I am Zhao Yun, a man of little consequence, but one who wishes to ply my trade here to stop the offending Dong Zhou.” He shook his head. “But I am not so benign to think that Lu Bu is our only threat. While Lu Bu is most certainly someone to be feared, there are other evil out there that can cause just as much trouble, and we should be aware of each of them, for even a common soldier can kill the great Zhang Liao. It is not might you should afraid of, my dear companions, but those who form the plots and make the strategies. The man who can react to changing strategies is the one who will win this battle. And for me, I think Li Ru is right up there for that.” But of course, Zhao Yun knew how little he was aware of the upcoming battle. “Lord He Jin, do we have a plan formulated against Dong Zhou?” ((Yes I did do three paragraphs of him entering the tent to spurn Curt. ))

"I believe your grave underestimation of our foes is greatly going to hinder our battle. What i would do differently is deal with Li Ru first. He is the only strategist among the entire forces, to my knowledge, present there. Lure him forward and ambush him on the battlefield. a nice rain of arrows should do the trick. With him gone they'll be completely without a battle strategy and will be uncoordinated in the battle. All we need to do is coordinate our forces and take out Dong Zhuo and forces respectively. Should Lu Bu arrive on the battlefield Ambush and kill him by luring him into a forest and trap him and burn it do the ground."
edit: ooc: It didn't annoy me.

The two veteran guards, who were stationed outside the main tent, nodded to any who had acknowledged them but otherwise stood there, motionless. They tried not to listen in on what was being said, inside, but some ramblings could not escape their ears. As usual, it seemed as if the Han was struggling from the inside; falling apart before the battle even began.
He Jin's call to arms was not such a worthless endeavor as a few of his advisors would have him believe. They thought that the regional lords would have sought the power for themselves, similar to Dong Zhou, instead of working together to restore the ill Han. Were his advisors that far off from the truth?
The Commander turned to face the gathering. His long cape and plume flowed during the motion, slowly revealing his finely crafted armor with helmet. If one were to look around the room, they would be able to spot the Regent immediately due to his commanding presence and the fact all were currently looking toward him for answers. Answers he just did not have. However, he would never let them know that as it could cost the battle before the first two blades connected."Great leaders and warriors alike, I welcome and thank you for your support!" he stated, walking closer to the planning table where many were beginning to sit.
Jin's two advisors moved with him, on each side, listening intently to every word and keeping an eye on the group present inside the tent. There were always traitors, assassins, enemies, and the like waiting to end such an important figure's life. That could not be allowed, so ironically even amongst allies the tension in the encampment was that of treachery at any point. Well, that was usually the thoughts of people with something to hide; possibly their own ambitions.
The rest of the warriors and soldiers were genuine in their mission to aid the crumbling Han and to bring revenge against Dong Zhuo for thrusting the land into war once again. The Yellow Turban rebellion, though a failure at first for the allies, was finally ended but only recently. Many were still weary of battle while others, though, were thirsting for it like a drunkard with a bottle of wine dangling a few feet out of reach. He Jin listened to The Wise Elder and a brave looking warrior by the name of Zhou Tai. Both had claimed to bring a mass of soldiers to the fight, but when word reached the main encampment of the allied numbers it seemed as if all present had brought 100 Veteran Soldiers each. Still, their enthusiasm and offer to provide extra aid would not go unnoticed by the Commander.
Zhang Liao and Zhao Yun had also entered the main tent and to that He Jin clasped his hands together. He had heard of both men in the past and looked forward to witnessing their skills on the field of battle."Zhang Wenyuan, i am expecting great things from you upon the battlefield. Your choice to leave the dastardly Lu Bu to his own fate, amongst those other rats of Zhuo, was a fine one.""A fine one, indeed!" He Jin's advisor said, nodding his head in approval.
The man only got a look akin to 'stfu' with a cocked eyebrow before He Jin continued."However, Lu Zhi and Zhao Yun are correct and we can not underestimate the enemy. I have heard stories of Li Ru's wile and Lu Bu's might that have kept me up at night, fearful of what could be achieved with such a villainous leader like Dong Zhuo controlling them."The Commander looked around the room again, taking in the glorious sight of many brave men rallying to his cause. He listened to the questions of the enemy, which had finally come from the great Zhao Zilong. Jin was not completely confident in his current knowledge or for that matter, the overall allied plan. However, he could not allow them to think or believe he did not have total control.
He Jin pointed to the river, sliding his finger from one side to the other; symbolizing a crossing. Also, he tapped the map on the other side of the river and made a face that could have been taken for fear. However, he played it off as if he was thinking."We will cross the river tomorrow morning and meet Dong Zhuo's army on the opposite side!" the Commander said, confidently. "A spy, sent by me a day or so ago, should be returning shortly."The problem was, the spy had never returned.
Just as He Jin was about to continue further, an attendant made haste toward the Commander's position to inform him of something. Whatever was said made He Jin boil over with anger and he immediately huffed aloud before moving outside the main tent!
As soon as Jin moved past the two guards outside the tent, they started to follow; feeling something was wrong or was about to happen."What is this nonsense that i hear!?" He Jin barked, pointing to Yuan Shao who had been rallying the allied troops. However, he was rallying them either against He Jin, out of hate, possibly jealousy, or Shao was trying to lead a mutiny against him!
Two guards, both with their hands upon their swords, stood flanking their leader awaiting any orders."You would rally the soldiers against me? On the eve of battle?"He Jin was heated, not understanding at first why Yuan Benchu would be assaulting his honor as well as others present.

Lu Zhi was just about to make a comment about the attack via a river before the Grand Commander He Jin received some news and left the Command Tent much to Lu Zhi's surprise. The information which must of been given to the Grand Commander must of been very bad news indeed. Could it be Dong Zhuo's forces were here to attack? Lu Zhi at once stood up to leave the Command Tent and see what was wrong. He was very surprised however when the Grand Commander He Jin was apparentely yelling at their ally.

Zhou Tai said little. He was not one of many words when it came to large-scale strategies. When it just conserns Wu, it's opne thing for him to give his say, but when there are so many different stratagists around from different lands... It was like taking the best from everywhere and bringing them together. He was more skilled with his blade then he was with his mind when it came to making grand strategies. Of course, his mind was turning, but it did so slowler then those of the stratagists who spend their time sitting back and watching the men do the work. He had nothing against stratagists, mostly because they were necessary for good war, but he always thought it was interesting how the smart people get to watch everyone else fight.
Not that he was dumb, he was smart enough to catch the insult flung at him by Zhang Liao, but he wasn't as smart as... oh, say Lu Zhi. So Zhou Tai just sat back, watching the stratagists maneuver around each other like a chess match, and he waited to speak until spoken to. However, at the news of Yuan Shao's treachery, Zhou Tai wordlessly stood, nodded to everyone, and left the tent briefly to check on his apprentice, Zei Fang. Zei Fang would be intrusted with waking the troops at a moments noticew, and Zhou had to make sure Zei knew that.

Dong Zhou a crook some would call him due to his decision to go against the Han, and pretty much make himself a rebel towards all of China, except for his followers and all those who follow him also. Declared themselves an enemy of the Han. Though many people say he's a Tyrant, do we truely call him that, just a man trying to better himself for his own glory, and just shake up the balance between gopod and evil. Perhaps his decision was better for him, always standing behind a emperor and taking orders maybe really isn't his thing after all, but Meng couldn't call him a tyrant just yet, he's just ready for battle right now.
It was mid-day, maybe around 5-6 O'clock as it seemed. It was just about a day or 2 before the battle actually started. Mounted os his brown mare was Lu Meng, tightly holding the reins of his steed as he slowly rids up on the trail leading to the Main Camp somewhat droozy was Men since he hadn't had much sleep in the past few days in anticipation of this battle of the ages as it was would seem, somewhat squinting his eyes towards the few guards at the head of the main camp , he finally reaches them and dismounts his steed there. As he passes them, holding the reins of his steed inside the camp he simple gives a nod to show some respect to the imperial army guards.
As he enter the camp he sees many general and troops there just making there preperations for the upcoming battle. Some seem timid and others are for eager for the battle to actually begin. Up ahead seeing the Main commander He Jin and some other Generals perhaps talking about tactics for the battle. He theb begins to walk up to the little squad, as he approchas he let's go his steed and enters the little circle of men conversating. Seeing as how one head General seemed to be talking Meng waits for his turn to speak.Besides bot knowing if Meng was famed himself could cause a problem just walking up in a grand table and talking out.of disorder.
